It worked the 2nd tip fixed it for me & extra tip if you have multiple accounts one of them might have the notes feature open up the note on the other account also
yeah my burner acc has notes but my main doesnt

When u select professional account and it takes u to choose whether business or creator select creator and your notes will be their

finally! I had to switch to creator account and offloading worked :)

@@sevan_1130 after a while it fixed on its own, i was trying everything including deleting the app & all but nothing worked so i jus waited & it eventually fixed itself.

If you post a note for close friends they know that this note you posted is for close friends or no?when you post a story they know cuz your story is green but is that the same in notes too?Please someone answer me in that
Hi Jimmy! When you post a note for close friends on Instagram, they won't see any special indicator that it's for close friends, unlike with stories where there's a green ring. The note will just appear in their Notes section without any specific tag or notification.

OK FORCE STOPING IT WORKS I THINK I DID ALL THE BS WITH SWITCHING TO A PROFESSIONAL ACC BUT THAT DID NOTHING (and also if u have a private account it’ll accept all the request which fucking sucks n it’ll bring to you to the steps thing n you’ll have to make a post n a whole bunch of other nonsense) BUT YOU DONT HAVE TO DO ALL THAT JUST TRY TO OFFLOAD/FORCE STOP IT & IT SHOULD WORK OR YOU CAN SWITCH IT TO THE PROF ACC N THEN FORCE STOP N THEN SWITCH BACK

the offloading of app worked for me
what i did was switch to professional, offloaded the app since I have an iphone installed it back and then switch to professional again since it was available. worked for me.
If you have contacts off in apple settings they won’t show I turned it on and they popped up
