I know a lot of people are saying Jin went back in time and saved everyone. I don’t think he went back to the past. I think the people who gather are the remaining ones after the war. I know in the past the storyline had him going again and again to change the outcome but if you remember he didn’t succeed, something or another went wrong. In the opening scene, Jin is kneeling in front of a bird that has been shot by an arrow. He brings it with him in a cage hoping to save it but thinks it is dead. He covers the cage with the dead bird, but is surprised that it’s alive when the cage moves. This shows the fighting spirit of BTS as people try to bring them down. Tae is lying down as if tired with a girl blindfolded sitting next to him most likely symbolizing the fact that the world puts a blindfold on to ignore the tiredness of the poor. When he notices the girl with the blindfold the big gates start to open showing a better future ahead. When humanity takes off it’s blindfold good days are ahead. Jimin seems to be the narrator. Of the whole thing showing the viewer the prejudice against the “different”. Different looks, different races, different likes, different anything...and in this case with the drums different music. One of the commenters pointed out to me how my initial “different” wasn’t clear enough so editing to make my point clear. RM is in front of the shipwreck with the animals I think to show the burden on his shoulders of being the leader. Having to always make sure that the members and ARMY are ok. It’s a heavy burden sorta like Noah having the burden of saving the world. J-hope is showing how even when all looks dead that may not be the case as he sings a bird flies Suga is shown with a bunch of followers (ARMY) who are there to support regardless of the circumstances which look very bleak. Jungkook is shown running from the prison (he looks back at a formidable structure as he is running) of fear, negativity and self doubt with his hands bound by thorn shackles which are very painful. Even if he wants to freak free he can’t cause the thorns prevent him as they cause more pain. He walks into the water which gives him respite and he is able to take of the shackles. He then blows the horn symbolizing victory against all prejudice, negativity, fear, etc Jin releases the bird showing freedom from prejudice. Jungkook then joins the rest who have gathered at the gate looking towards the better future. RM being the leader raises his fist and the parched broken earth begins getting life. They then proceed to the other side. Showing how BTS has been fighting prejudice and is now rising to the top. No more dream I believe references their past when they were no bodies, now it’s just dream cause they have achieved it. I got this from the MV who knows if it’s right. The life of an ARMY, guessing and reguessing what you see.
There is lots of biblical references in this!! The Noah's Ark with the animals in Namjoon's part, the crown of thorns on Jungkook's hand and him in the river reminded me of the baptism at the Jordan river. Actually, Tae seems to be representing a Christ figure -- from his pose to the his absorption of darkness (the thing on his neck). This also is a reference to the child from Omelas -- one who has to suffer for others' happiness. And Jin's action are mimicking his protection of the flower in Fake Love. Jungkook’s scene was a reference to “lord of the flies” it’s a book about boys losing their innocence and youth due to the circumstances they’re in, I’m currently reading that book and I was really surprised to see him doing that scene and blowing the conch. If you look at the smoke in the back of the river, that’s a direct reference to the book because a plane crash is the whole reason why the young boys are stranded on this island. justdavid no pressure David! Let me remind ya how good are you at it. You were able to explain the “ddaeng” without any visual / mv. ARMY have faith in you! 😁💜💜
Theory: So basically the past where they were told not to dream anymore is gone . The last cliff symbolises BTS reaching towards their only " dream" but the mv cuts before they all reach the top this symbolises that they are stopping anytime soon and there is more hope as the cliff is not their only limit.
I guest you guys are not the only one that has been struck with confusion and speechlessness at the same time. It even made me loose my breath for a moment.
I actually think that child from Omelas is Tae. Over and over again in their comeback footage (starting with the MMAs), he's always in the background hiding a grim expression. Here he's laying down in the Christ pose and absorbing darkness (the thing on his neck). This ties into the child from Omelas suffering for other's happiness. He also takes off the little girl's blindfold and shows her what is really going on. I think Jungkook's behavior in this links back to Blood, Sweat, and Tears where he is tempted by the darker side of humanity. Here he gets "baptized" in a way, and the thorns binding his hands turn into a trumpet to sound off for change. His past is part of him, but there is hope and his lets out a rallying call to dream once again.
@@Whyyougottabethisway I love your interpretation. The lyrics also make sense 'my everything.... my blood and tears... got no fears' could be him accepting his shadow and all parts of himself. He gets relieved of his burden or 'prison' and can reach his full potential
Dove is a symbolism for freedom. This is low-key connected to *The Ones Who Walk Away from Omelas* where the boy is trapped inside while the utopia is a happy place because of the suffering of the boy. Here you can see the boy, Jungkook finally escaping that harsh society with the rest of the members, the ones who walk away from Omelas.
This is actually refreshing after watching other reactors who are clearly ACTING without actually focusing on the mv they pause every second laughing "uncontrollably" for absolutely no reason!!! So thank you David!
from what i think: the bird, the bald drummer boy, jungkook's endless running away,v with girl,rm with the animals, jhope with the thorns(i think) and suga i think its sort of a religious group represents their inner selves. then beyond the wall is new life that is waiting for them that needs to face,a real and yet beautiful life to explore.then in able to surpass those wall they need to surpass their shadows that's why jk blew that shell to warn the shadow that i'am ready to face you, where the dancing seems like their fighting and the shadows fought back and yet they won over their shadows.and after that the big wall opened.shows that they slowly won the fight over their shadow and slowly plants grew and become greener and jin let the bird fly to explore and fly freely.and then rm thinks that they are ready for another journey so they went outside and climb to the rock formation that signifies that they are ready to lead they dreams.that this is their dream, their way.and its happening and their making it to happen. hope it makes sense😁
In the recent video for the behind the scenes of the making of this video, Jimin says he saw the storyboard for the whole video and still doesn't understand what it's about. LOL! We are all Jimin.
Adrienne Thomas the wall opening up and the thing on Tae’s neck.... it looks like he is infected and in the movies those who become infected get the weird looking black veins
I can't get over all the thematic ties to their storyline. Like in every way. And how this is about finding hope/love/dreams after devastation, moving from No More Dream to Dream. And the joyous look on JK's face at the end -- oh, my heart! - Jin saving the final living bird in a single cage -- mimicking the flower in the lantern in Fake Love -- and releasing it as a symbol of that hope/love/dream to replenish a barren land. - Tae as a Christ figure, absorbing others' darkness (spidering on his neck) and representing the child from Omelas. - RM as Noah after the flood, unsure how to rebuild a devastated world. There's so much more -- too much to take. I can't with these guys, right now. I just can't.
I haven't done my research on the Jungian theory but I really feel like this whole video is about all the different levels of in the map of the soul. Each scene representing pieces of the conscious and unconscious (shown through religious references and symbolism from history and other works of art) Dancing inside the volcano is like powering through shadow. "Pride rock" would then be the final goal of recognizing SELF and accepting all of the other pieces as part of you.
At this point I really think they need their own movie. Not a tour documentary (ALTHOUGH I LOVE THEM.) They are all so amazing. I want a movie. Let’s go actors. BTS CAN DO IT ALL.
All this while I was waiting for your reaction. I love your reactions they are the most genuine. + OMG!!! Thankyou for replying, gosh I got commented by my favorite youtuber IM SOOO HAPPY😭!!!!
Since it’s Map of Soul I think we are inside BTS’s soul and their past and struggles. I saw a comment that said the little blindfolded girl represents armys that BTS didn’t want us to see their pain. But finally when Jungkook stops running they come to terms with their pain and accept their shadows and themselves. When this integration happens, the tress turn green and so on. Man I wish I can find that amazing comment that perfectly explained it.
@@a.a.9457 AHAHA! Good observation 😂 and i just gave a random guess cause this MV is really deep, and according to RM "harder" 🙂 but i trust FBI ARMYs to have all the answers in coupla days tops 👍
David, If you look carefully at the beginning I believe you see that what Jin is looking at is a dove that has been shot with an arrow (not a message on an arrow). In successive scenes you see Jin carrying the Dove, placing it in a cage and covering it, carrying it to the border wall (which has opened), opening the uncovered cage, and the resurrected Dove flies out and away. Jungkook's bonds are washed away in the freedom of a flowing stream. We saw those tattooed throats of the "puppets" in "The Untamed" (most notably on Wen Ning) that you see on V. What was Wen Ning's curse? When you figure this all out, let me know. 😀
I honestly interpreted this whole video, if we are going by Jung's theory, as an inner war and how there's this constant fight between their inner demons, they use clear references made throughout all types of films as well as written material as metaphors for this inner struggle. The opening scene I believe to be a showcase of the consequences what could happen if one doesn't truly accept all sides to themselves (both the ego and shadow), Jin "mourning" the dove is, in my opinion, how the person feels that they've lost their inner peace. The part with Jimin is still not entirely clear to me yet, however I immediately thought of the movie "The boy in the striped pajamas (set in Nazi German times), the child represents how we can sometimes feel as prisoners within our own minds and the drum he holds i believe to be ones identity, all the discarded drums are the identities "masks" that we have used and thrown away throughout time. V lying next to the blindfolded girl, which is definitely referencing Birdbox, showcases how we choose to remain blind to our inner demons and wish to remain innocent to others' demons as well. RM is depicted in front of Noah's ark and how it seems to be shipwrecked, which although i don't think they are referencing the bible directly I think it symbolizes how faith can be used as a cover for some people's demons and how they run from them by using religion to hide behind. (Please don't come at me but this is all my own interpretation). All other references are expansions of these thoughts, I could go on about each scene but i'd be here whole night lol. Sorry for the long comment but definitely got lost in this one, my philosophical heart is pumping wildly with this MV!!!!
In India we have the ritual of blowing conch!!!!Blowing conch is basically done to begin any battle or something big and they used it in the mv.Its a hindu ritual/practice!!
Some members of BTS: We have no religion Also BTS: okay it’s time to open the holy bible SEE YOU IN THE HOSPITAL CO ARMYS!! I know we all are overdosing with how good this is.
What I understand about this mv "Every apocalypse/disaster/obstacle we gonna be more stronger to strive" or "do not let anything pull us down..war or disease or disaster whatever it is we always find a solution/fight to survive”
I feel like this mv is signifying their struggles they have been facing in the past. Like Jk falling on the ground feeding crow and jhope just ignoring the scene. And the crow flew away after that which means now they're using BTS for their popularities and so on.
Has anyone else realised their first song was No More Dream. I am guessing that now that they are humble and free the live and dream freely, because in their first song they were hardcore and dark, this song is humble and calming, they are happy and free.
Everything about this video was beautiful, the scenery, the music, the song, their voices, their faces. It all reminded me of my many dreams. If you asked me to describe any of them you would probably be as confused as I am when I wake up. In the end, it says "No More Dream" Yep, this could have been very similar to one of my own. I still loved every second of it though and am waiting for someone much more discerning than myself to help me better grasp its message. Think I'll watch it again and pay closer attention to the lyrics.
The way I understood that was that the start implied the hardships and battles they faced in the beginning. Jungkook running "keep going on". Then the blindfolded girl as ARMY who V helps and together they face the wall. Members and ARMY gather together and together they break through the wall and BTS climb to the top as "kings". That's at least how I all saw it :)
I was confused too 🧐💜. But ARMY is a big help 🤣. I'm just reading a lot of reactions everywhere! Thank you all 🥰💜. And thank you for your reaction!! It is always a pleasure to watch your channel :)
It was a dove at the beginning with Jin. Jungkook is running. Jin takes the bird back and covers it. Notice the cage move and Jin out the window, flash to Jungkook running again. During Hobi's part, Jungkook was laying in the grass "dead" with a crow on him. If you noticed when Jungkook opened his eyes, they were black. Jin releases the dove and Jungkook is back with the other members. The seven doves fly over them as they're climbing up. No More Dream is all about the group telling fans to follow their own dreams rather than fall prey to society’s expectations. The beginning of their journey. Dream where they're at now. ON talks about how they have all of this pressure and uncertainty, but are not giving up or giving in. Basically, if they had listened to all of the haters putting them down, saying they wouldn't amount to anything they wouldn't be where they are now. You can try and knock them down, but they're not going to listen, they're going to fight it and keep on achieving.
I thought the same thing when I saw that Volcano in the background. I got major Lord of the Ring vibes in most of this video. This was one of their best M/V by far. Loved and still love it!!
Well I gotta say this is pretty different & I love it! Honestly I got a lots of different movies, anime, video games, & book influences mixed in with their previous concepts! I give props they did awesome!!!
I think it's about reviving themselves and the ARMY. Like RM has said in recent interviews, they went through a period where they were felt lost, where there were good and bad times, and now with this album they have accepted all that and have decided to continue fighting to get to the 'paradise' they originally dreamt of.
I made a comment with an emoji over there, and I got the "no emoji" response. I didn't even consider deleting it and just left it there. Policing the comments over viewership and streaming just feels so...not sincere.
bts is so cool. when you think you have unraveled their entire universe, another mv appears to make you confused, prove that you are wrong and that you NEED TO THINK AGAIN
i'm AMAZED you didn't recognize tae's neck tattoo from the kinetic manifesto lol HOW ARE YOU NOT REACTING TO US GETTING OUR FIRST OFFICIAL GLIMPSE OF JK'S TATTOO SLEEVE?! all i've got is the parallels between fake love and this. remember how in fake love JK kind of represented the flower that jin was keeping in the cage? jin put the dead dove in the same cage from that MV, and when JK escaped and got to the woods, the dove came back to life. when jin released the dove, the thorns binding JK's wrists disappeared and he joined the rest of the guys, so jin basically freed JK. there's some noah's ark imagery too (RM with all the animals and the boat, and the dove sent to search for dry land as a sign the flood was receding) and JK was passed out in the background when hobi was rapping (and a crow was pecking at him lol). whatever else was going on (jimin seemed involved somehow but i'm not sure how?) i have no idea.

Yes, thank you, I’m not the only one who thought of the lion king hahahah
im a basic dude.
I thought that I was crazy, because the same idea popped into my head when I saw the pointy rock.
Is this why they seems to hesitate talking bout the lion king on jin's bday? 😅
Even when bts reacted to the mvs jin said that looks like the scene from lion king 😂😂
David at start of video: "I'M SO CONFUSED!"
Me: *exhales deeply* "THANK GOD I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE!"
and me and many army waiting his and dkdktv explanation for this video :-D:-D
Here is your assignment David, *mv explanation*
Thank you much! Lol
I think he's just as confused as us lol
I cant handle this assignment.
justdavid no pressure David! Let me remind ya how good are you at it.
You were able to explain the “ddaeng” without any visual / mv.
ARMY have faith in you! 😁💜💜
I m trying to understand aswell
Yeah justdavid . We have faith in you and DKDKTV. Can't wait for the 욱 (Ugh) explanation also in DKDKTV's channel. ^_^
most important info: THE GIRAFFE WAS REAL.
anna What really-
ok
kookieswithtae yes. After the MV was released, people from the team (i think the director) posted pictures and a video from the giraffe
all the animals were real.
even that alpaca was real.
limbu saggy i know about the alpaca. The giraffe looked like it was cgi.
I'm not sure about the elephant tho
the giraff, bird and the boat reminds me of IDOL w those three thing aswell in it, theory??
Rahma Abdulrahman I said IDOL, my daughter said “no”. No theory at all, I’m confused😊
It immediately reminded me of Noah's Ark actually with all the animals and the boat but you are right, it goes back to IDOL too
Omg. Finally, there's someone thinking of Lion King as well. Watching the MV, I was like... Will they hold JK and lift him up. Haha
Dieu Linh Le the same thoughts lol
lmao
Dieu Linh Le for me that part means. You cant escape what are destined to you so accept it
Great Reaction! That was my reaction too!! I was like "What the did I just watch?"
I thought of Lion King at the end too!!!
and i keep thinking of Narnia becouse of that sheild...
Theory: So basically the past where they were told not to dream anymore is gone . The last cliff symbolises BTS reaching towards their only " dream" but the mv cuts before they all reach the top this symbolises that they are stopping anytime soon and there is more hope as the cliff is not their only limit.
I am confused and speechless too... rip
Pretty much wraps up my reaction too. Glad im not alone.
I guest you guys are not the only one that has been struck with confusion and speechlessness at the same time. It even made me loose my breath for a moment.
The main reason i watch your BTS reaction video to see your first impression of Taehyung
its normally just OMG!!! tho lol
The way Yoongi literally a cult leader in this MV
missliterature do not stereotype
yo agust d-2 came out ;) and he's a king who luvs beheading now
Jungkook reminds me of the child in the The One Who Walk Away from Omelas! Spring Day referencee
Ooo, nice call back!
I can definitely see it too 😯
WHY IS NO ONE TALKING ABOUT THIS
I actually think that child from Omelas is Tae.
David: Why does it remind me of the drama series LOST?
Me: because it's confusing
Dove is a symbolism for freedom. This is low-key connected to *The Ones Who Walk Away from Omelas* where the boy is trapped inside while the utopia is a happy place because of the suffering of the boy. Here you can see the boy, Jungkook finally escaping that harsh society with the rest of the members, the ones who walk away from Omelas.
“Can anyone tell what happened there” me: excuse me Sr. why are you asking me? I’m here so you can explain me !! Hahhaha waiting for Dkdk explanation
This is actually refreshing after watching other reactors who are clearly ACTING without actually focusing on the mv they pause every second laughing "uncontrollably" for absolutely no reason!!! So thank you David!
from what i think:
the bird, the bald drummer boy, jungkook's endless running away,v with girl,rm with the animals, jhope with the thorns(i think) and suga i think its sort of a religious group represents their inner selves. then beyond the wall is new life that is waiting for them that needs to face,a real and yet beautiful life to explore.then in able to surpass those wall they need to surpass their shadows that's why jk blew that shell to warn the shadow that i'am ready to face you, where the dancing seems like their fighting and the shadows fought back and yet they won over their shadows.and after that the big wall opened.shows that they slowly won the fight over their shadow and slowly plants grew and become greener and jin let the bird fly to explore and fly freely.and then rm thinks that they are ready for another journey so they went outside and climb to the rock formation that signifies that they are ready to lead they dreams.that this is their dream, their way.and its happening and their making it to happen.
hope it makes sense😁
Nice one!!!
@@jadedspace13 thanks😊
Caught a glimpse of Jungkook's lower arm tattoo when he's reaching into the water.
go back to the kinetic manifesto, it goes all the way up to his shoulder 😍
Jin is so handsome and talented, he needs to debut in a drama or a movie. He’s really charismatic on screen!
"That is different from any of their other MOVIES"
He said movies instead of music videos 🙈 LMFAO
In the recent video for the behind the scenes of the making of this video, Jimin says he saw the storyboard for the whole video and still doesn't understand what it's about. LOL! We are all Jimin.
As soon as I saw the wall open I was like “Maze Runner?” I’m glad I’m not the only one that thought that. 😂
Adrienne Thomas the wall opening up and the thing on Tae’s neck.... it looks like he is infected and in the movies those who become infected get the weird looking black veins
@@gracynhare1301 The cracks reminded me of Jin's face at the end of Blood, Sweat, Tears. It felt like a callback to the fall from innocence.
I remember namjoon saying "me and my people will win in the end" and they did in the MV? WE DID
I haven't done my research on the Jungian theory but I really feel like this whole video is about all the different levels of in the map of the soul. Each scene representing pieces of the conscious and unconscious (shown through religious references and symbolism from history and other works of art) Dancing inside the volcano is like powering through shadow. "Pride rock" would then be the final goal of recognizing SELF and accepting all of the other pieces as part of you.
This is like Lord of the rings, Lion King, Maze Runner and some amazing movies combined together that i forgot but seems familiar just cant remember.
At this point I really think they need their own movie. Not a tour documentary (ALTHOUGH I LOVE THEM.) They are all so amazing. I want a movie. Let’s go actors. BTS CAN DO IT ALL.
David no a dove symbolizes peace 😂
dove and pigeon are the same in Korean lol sorry :(
justdavid no no oh my god don’t apologize it was funny 😂 since in the states it’s just the annoying bird that wants to eat your pretzel crumbs
Yeah I feel ya David. Pigeon and dove are the same in Spanish too lol
Doves symbolize peace, pigeons are generally considered messengers.
RM: I love pigeons, I like peace😁😁😁🤭🤭🤭
Yes Jin went back in time and saved everyone including the bird on the arrow. These videos are better than going to the movies.
All this while I was waiting for your reaction. I love your reactions they are the most genuine.
+ OMG!!! Thankyou for replying, gosh I got commented by my favorite youtuber IM SOOO HAPPY😭!!!!
thank you :)
They are just shouting "FREEDOM" and "PEACE" . Timely and relevant in the cuffed world and generation.
On Namjoon’s part, the first time I saw it, I screamed, “They went back in time to Noah’s ark?!” 👀.
David you cracked me up though 😆
Since it’s Map of Soul I think we are inside BTS’s soul and their past and struggles. I saw a comment that said the little blindfolded girl represents armys that BTS didn’t want us to see their pain. But finally when Jungkook stops running they come to terms with their pain and accept their shadows and themselves. When this integration happens, the tress turn green and so on. Man I wish I can find that amazing comment that perfectly explained it.
When the giant door opened I was like :
*Ohhh ATTACK ON TITANS!!*
Holy Shit, I thought that too🤣
7:21
"That was different from any other of their *MOVIES* "
Movies. That's what we call a BTS M/V. A movie. They're that high quality.
The only question you asked I can answer is V's neck. He thought it was a cool idea, asked permission to do it and got it. He posted pics on Weverse.
David you are so amazing for listing as many movie references as you did!!
RM was infront of Noah's Ark i think.
I though that... but there isn't 2 of every animal... so maybe he's just Dr. Doodle. 😁
@@a.a.9457 AHAHA! Good observation 😂 and i just gave a random guess cause this MV is really deep, and according to RM "harder" 🙂 but i trust FBI ARMYs to have all the answers in coupla days tops 👍
WOW this is so good not what I expected it was better than I expected! They should get an award or this video!
I wished I could like it more than once- and that’s only how I was feeling listening to your intro
This is great omg!!
Yess...this is what I was thinking too!
*"OMG THERE'S SAURON"* HAFHSFHSF
me being a LOST fan and a LOTR fan absolutely loving these reactions 😂😂
"how many movies am i naming?"
me : same
In India we have the ritual of blowing conch!!!!Blowing conch is basically done to begin any battle or something big and they used it in the mv.Its a hindu ritual/practice!!
Some members of BTS: We have no religion
Also BTS: okay it’s time to open the holy bible
SEE YOU IN THE HOSPITAL CO ARMYS!! I know we all are overdosing with how good this is.
Anybody else remember Jungkook blowing the conch on Bon Voyage 2nd season Hawaii? Also he was Poseidon at the MMAs 2019.
Notice how when they're walking up the lion king rock 7 doves fly obove them
Jungkook is the bird and jin protected jungkook and brought him to life again the girl is army😭
when jungkook was running up the mountain i thought he’d jump off the edge
What I understand about this mv "Every apocalypse/disaster/obstacle we gonna be more stronger to strive" or "do not let anything pull us down..war or disease or disaster whatever it is we always find a solution/fight to survive”
ok but can we just appreciate how good david looks here!
I feel like this mv is signifying their struggles they have been facing in the past.
Like Jk falling on the ground feeding crow and jhope just ignoring the scene. And the crow flew away after that which means now they're using BTS for their popularities and so on.
5:52 Finally!!! thank God.... nobody else was talking about *Lord Of The Rings* references....I mean the landscape itself gives LOTR vibes...
Sauron
first thing i thought watching this was lord of the rings
Moonchild elee There is literally Mount Doom!
Nobody talks about stripe pijamas kid, holocaoust movie... the kid that is jimin in the begining
Lmao that's what I thought, all these peeps talking about maze runner like bruh
Let's talk about David too.. He looks great with this hairstyle ... Love it ..
BTS is always make me say WOW!!!! all the time they came out
ARMY2019: oh my my my
ARMY2020: hey Na na Na
Has anyone else realised their first song was No More Dream. I am guessing that now that they are humble and free the live and dream freely, because in their first song they were hardcore and dark, this song is humble and calming, they are happy and free.
*It’s like Lord of the rings* AHAHAH I LOVE U
Everything about this video was beautiful, the scenery, the music, the song, their voices, their faces. It all reminded me of my many dreams. If you asked me to describe any of them you would probably be as confused as I am when I wake up. In the end, it says "No More Dream" Yep, this could have been very similar to one of my own. I still loved every second of it though and am waiting for someone much more discerning than myself to help me better grasp its message. Think I'll watch it again and pay closer attention to the lyrics.
oh come one!!!!
if you are comfuse... then who am i suppose to ask???
The way I understood that was that the start implied the hardships and battles they faced in the beginning. Jungkook running "keep going on". Then the blindfolded girl as ARMY who V helps and together they face the wall. Members and ARMY gather together and together they break through the wall and BTS climb to the top as "kings". That's at least how I all saw it :)
I've been looking for clues that will relate to their old MVs. Hahahahaha
I was confused too 🧐💜. But ARMY is a big help 🤣. I'm just reading a lot of reactions everywhere! Thank you all 🥰💜.
And thank you for your reaction!! It is always a pleasure to watch your channel :)
Therory:
*they were all in a dream since their debut*
What-
It was a dove at the beginning with Jin.
Army's fighting... Let's work hard
I thought the same thing when I saw that Volcano in the background. I got major Lord of the Ring vibes in most of this video. This was one of their best M/V by far. Loved and still love it!!
I just see religious references in this MV 😂💕
Two words for BTS" PERFECT AND THE BEST"
This fool said pidgeon. LMAO
doves are pigeons. careful who you call a fool.
Well I gotta say this is pretty different & I love it! Honestly I got a lots of different movies, anime, video games, & book influences mixed in with their previous concepts! I give props they did awesome!!!
DAVID YOU DONT GET TO ASK ME WHAT HAPPENED I'M RELYING ON YOU TO TELL ME WHAT HAPPENED
I think it's about reviving themselves and the ARMY.
Like RM has said in recent interviews, they went through a period where they were felt lost, where there were good and bad times, and now with this album they have accepted all that and have decided to continue fighting to get to the 'paradise' they originally dreamt of.
All the 12 year olds spamming "no emojis" under the comments are so annoying. :/
I made a comment with an emoji over there, and I got the "no emoji" response.
I didn't even consider deleting it and just left it there. Policing the comments over viewership and streaming just feels so...not sincere.
@@B7S.ARMY-BORA7AE_ Yeah. And there is no reason to why emojis would affect views.
jmho... Korea should give BTS a medal for this mv.
Cult leader, you mean? Hahahaja
Pretty sure UA-cam would demonetize his ass if he says cult or something like that
I always love your reactions. It's so raw and informative.
Could u guys do an explain for this??🙏🙏
bts is so cool. when you think you have unraveled their entire universe, another mv appears to make you confused, prove that you are wrong and that you NEED TO THINK AGAIN
Am I the only one who thought straight to Noah's Ark
Sanjana Ray nope
I was also confused, but I loved it. It's very cinematic. So much to unpack lol.
Jungkook running away from that big wall in the beginning also kinda gives me Attack on Titan vibes.
I loved the video. I'm not good with theories and im glad you sheaded some light on what you saw. Everyone has got Lion King on the brain for sure
i'm AMAZED you didn't recognize tae's neck tattoo from the kinetic manifesto lol HOW ARE YOU NOT REACTING TO US GETTING OUR FIRST OFFICIAL GLIMPSE OF JK'S TATTOO SLEEVE?!
all i've got is the parallels between fake love and this. remember how in fake love JK kind of represented the flower that jin was keeping in the cage? jin put the dead dove in the same cage from that MV, and when JK escaped and got to the woods, the dove came back to life. when jin released the dove, the thorns binding JK's wrists disappeared and he joined the rest of the guys, so jin basically freed JK. there's some noah's ark imagery too (RM with all the animals and the boat, and the dove sent to search for dry land as a sign the flood was receding) and JK was passed out in the background when hobi was rapping (and a crow was pecking at him lol). whatever else was going on (jimin seemed involved somehow but i'm not sure how?) i have no idea.
OMG!!! Our minds are twinning, I was thinking the same things...lol!
