Well not necessarily for the 6C1. A lot of people get (d)(3) waivers on the NIV side, and 212(h) on the IV side, but only for IR cases.
My daughter-in-law was petitioned by her mom who is a US citizen since last 2012, I-130. My question is how long will it still take for her family to be able to come or to get a notice from NVC? The reason I asked is because it’s been 12 years already in waiting.

Unfortunately, there are still 19th century interviews in the internet century in U.S embassies! I wish you could learn how to qualify online from Canada. I was rejected two months ago in less than 30 seconds in the interview at the American embassy in Armenia, even though I am a real tourist, having traveled to more than twenty countries and three continents.

My husband is on h1b visa and we got married 6 months ago and our nationality is not the same he is french and i have a residency in ksa I’m working in ksa and living with my family

If I changed the DS 160 form and get another confirmation number and this is due to some wrong information. Is the officer has access to the old form and check the old information or not ?

Hello i did my ir1 visa interview on 13 march 2024. I was put under administrative processing. I was sent a DS-5535 to fill out. I made a mistake in the applicant’s signature date in the form but later rectified it and sent the form again. Hope it won’t affect my visa? How long does the Administrative process takes? State Universities are generally fantastic options for education in the United States. The specific school is not that important. What's most important is that you can explain why you chose the school, why you hope to study in the United States, what your degree will mean to you, etc.

Question, i am a fresh grad last 2023, i applied for a j1 trainee in my ds 160 i put unemployed and in the previous work i inputted my last intern job in my local country.
