Can't shoot an unarmed person. He couldn't shoot because he didn't try to physically run over the officer. Had he tried, officer has the right to protect himself.
When I first get the videos, I am uploading it asap because some people (who don’t do anything about editing and paying for the videos) are saying you stole the videos. Later on people are insisting on putting the gps and speed.
