I find most Christmas home tours dreadful, for different reasons, with the exception of this particular tour, which I not only loved, but received inspiration from. Thanks, guys, for restoring some of the "Christmas magic" I had lost. Merry Christmas to you both.
Honestly, after all the lush over the top decor I have seen in videos this year, this is refreshing and fun ! Love the clear bulbs, and ooooh that aluminum tree !
Living in western New York, and frequent visitors to Toronto over the years, this was such a nostalgic look back at previous Christmases. Love these guys and their honest and touching way of honoring their past Christmases.
I love how they use vintage Christmas Mags as well as photos of themselves as children during Christmas. Most of us, do not show photos from our families Christmas, but what a great idea to bring them out as Christmas decor in frames. I also have the same birch tree with built in lights that they call their Charlie Brown tree. I put forest animal decorations on mine, but I love the look they have done with disco balls! Their Christmas decorations are very vintage and nostalgic. Like them, I have a love of bottle brush trees 🌲. Oh and Woolco came from Woolworth. First Woolworth then they became Woolco, then Woolmart!
You two ABSOLUTELY take the cake... LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS!!! What Fun you guys must have EVERY SINCE DAY you have the pleasure of sharing together... Literally warms my heart and brings a smile!
Despite being born in 1997 myself, my grandparents were born in the 1910s-1920s and so I grew up around antique/vintage ornaments and decor and it's just normal for me. I love my old ornaments so much. Absolutely nostalgic here!
Love the little Christmas tree at the entrance. The colors in the ornaments are just beautiful. You really have great eyes for colors, particularly the collection of Christmas trees in the living room.
Reminds me so much of growing up in the 70's. The Eaton's catalogue is priceless. I also have pictures from Santa at Eatons but from the Queen Street store in Toronto. I remember checking the mailbox everyday for that catalogue. I wish I had kept some. Some of your vintage ornaments and candles I also have, handed down from my grandmother. Again I wish I had kept more over the years. Beautiful home.
Obsessed with all of this. I already LOVED the house in the last episode but as a person who is in love with Christmas, this really just filled my heart up! So much warmth and colour
I spied a few ornaments that my parents had on our tree and now I have them to treasure. I love the whole Christmas vibe in the house and it does feel so empty after all the decorations are gone. My tree is filled with ornaments from my childhood and the ones collected over years.
I love these guys! The house is so fun! I related to all the things they talked about. This was a nice little Christmas present. Late to the party, but now, totally inspired. Thank you Raymond and Laird. Merry Christmas! 🎄🎄🎄
That is a lovely Bang & Olufsen Beocenter 7000 music stereo you have there. We had one back in the '80s and '90s; the sound quality from them is amazing.
I'm diggin the bottle brush forest. The Eaton's catalogue... to remind poor people in Canada that Christmas is meant for those who have money, lol. Thanks for the video.
Canada’s Eatons Christmas catalog is like the US’s Sears Christmas catalog; love it! And where’s the colored pinwheel for the sliver aluminum tree 😂? Great video...what memories! 😊
Hi & Salutations I really like this segment (You both have equisite taste) For me, RetroModern is a great, nostalgic 'way of life' Am bashful but, curious none the less, about the beige Sun painting hanging- just to the right of your head- in the room in the background Would you happen to know who the artist of that painting is? Thanks so much. May you Both have a Stellar day, xx ❤😊🎉

The best way of showcasing the 60’s/70’s without looking 60’s/70’s. I wouldn’t think it could be done. I loved every bit of it. 🎅🏼🎄
The couple is so charming! I love how they talk about their adorable and quirky decorations.
These two need their own show. They are hilarious! Love the decorations. The 70s were so AWESOME.

I was thinking “you’re channeling the 70’s and you don’t have tinsel that you save from year to year?” But you do. You totally do.
I loved the original episode showcasing this house & the owners. The Christmas version is beautiful. Color everywhere, so tired of the white box look.
They let their personalities & style shine. I love it. ❤️
Glad you liked it!
When was the original home tour? I simply MUST watch it.
I love this! It’s so festive and joyful. And the Best in Show reference is fantastic. Beautiful ❤
Luv these guys! want to see everything they do. The bottle brush collection was everything!
This is still my favourite home ever shared by House and Home, and it looks even more spectacular during the holidays. Thanks for sharing ❤️💚🎄
Our pleasure! Happy Holidays!

I love this so much! It's also the vintage I grew up in- makes me wish I saved so many things from my childhood!!
Oh, I want to smell those old magazines! I love the way old mags and books smell😃
I loved this house after watching the first video, and even more so, now that it has been decorated for Christmas!
It really is great!
Looking for those clear bulbs! Man those are sweet

Also Catherine O’Hara in Best in Show-top notch hilarious!
