All quotes would be cited the same: (Author pg.) Only use a time stamp when citing a video/audio.

It depends on what citation style guide you are using. For most, use an abbreviated form of the title in place of the author's last name.

Is shortening an in-text citation with a long article title something you’re allowed to do?
Yes, if you're using the article's title for the in-text citation, you can shorten it to the first five significant words.
What to do if we dont know the page number or any location but only know the author's name?
Use only the name.
What if you have to cite a website with no page number or author?
Begin with title of web article. If there is no article with a title, begin with name of web site, but now the source is suspect.
What about internet sources?
