Recipe: (for 6 pcs. 1 liter cans)
cucumbers 2 kg.
onion 3 pcs. large
sweet pepper 3 pcs. large
tomatoes 3 pcs. large
dill
black pepper with peas
12-18 cloves of garlic
bay leaf 6 pcs.
Marinade:
water 2.5 l.
sugar 100 gr.
salt 100 gr.
vinegar 9% 150 ml.
sterilize for 7 minutes.
