It is so easy to forget that failure is the way you learn. Everyone deals with failure, but not everyone learns from it the way they should. To me the biggest lesson is to be kind to your self - we beat ourselves up over our failures much more than other people do over our failures.

In times of stress, my mother was fond of saying, "Another opportunity for us to demonstrate our poise under difficult circumstances."

I watched this after getting my exam results and this has made me feel alot better. 😁 I totally agree. Having a positive mental attitude helps alot when in stressful situations. You cant control your past self only the future!

    This was a wonderful interview.
I also love "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle.
It and Tolle's "A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose" (chosen for Oprah's Book Club years ago) totally enlightened my perspective about humanity and the world.

Thanks for this conversation. Learning to fail is something I've dealt with and I've come out on the other side stronger because of it.

The one thing I still struggle with is failing and what others judge you on so I find myself not trying at all 😢

'Learn How To Fail'? No, you learn how to fail. Some have learned, 'we're born, we shit, we die'. With that in mind, you may want to rethink 'failure'. Life is Learning , Sharing and Dying Happy. No one mentioned the idea of failure in a life that is going to die anyway. Humans created the idea of 'Failure' because they're an irrational and emotional creature. The Flaw or Failure was the way humans were designed. They just can't enjoy Life enough. Then they die. Suckers..
