You have quite a few things to learn as a Hunter. If you want to excel the class, learn to play it on explo trap spec. It changes the gameplay completely and improves it drastically, in both single target and AOE.

The pet is a worg from TBC named Ironjaw, it walks around Terokkar Forest in the area east of Firewing Point. Has a unique fur color. It's a quest mob so it respawns quickly.

Wolf best for pve, read a Guide at Google, there are maybe 1.000 Guides about Hunter MM pve
