Hi I live in Bellevue and his house isn’t in the best location, it’s right next to a super busy city park, Maydenbauer. Although you can’t see too much of it from the park. But for the price neighboring Medina is way better location 🤷♀️ But I also don’t like Russell Wilson so maybe I’m just being a hater lol
I beg you to reconsider your position on window grids. Grids are a vestige of the past when windows could only be made in small panes. Now, modern manufacturing can make massive panes. The grids are (a) useless, (b) obstruct the view from the inside, and (c) antediluvian gewgaw.

I live in Bellevue Tennessee and we too have damn nice trees Samir. It's way cheaper to visit here. Plus there's a Waffle House not too far away.
