    According to the Library of Congress, "Which switch is the switch, Miss, for Ipswich?" was released on a Victor 78 rpm record in 1916 (Victor # 18031). It is sung by Billy Murray with an unnamed orchestra. The lyricist is listed as Worton David with music by Herman Darewski and J. Barnett. Just in case you wanted to know.
