I proudly served in the Navy for 14yrs and I can tell you the pressure in there is unbearable, I was pushed to the extreme but gladly I'm doing good. What men/women in uniform undergo only them and God know but respect to them. I'm now a family man try to get back into the civilian life and its good I can say.

This is not America where evidence is collected and only 30% of innocent people are in prison. Our system is flawed and cops will only attend to a case if you have money or you have already done all the work and you are handing them the culprit on a silver platter, na pia hapo wanaweza muwachilia. Kesi wanapenda ni domestic violence ndivyo wawe na story ya kupiga kwa Station. Omba sana usipatane nao, ndio utajua haujui.

I served in the kenya Air force for 9 years and left on compassionate grounds.
I thank God for the experience, no regrets to make for it.
However the issues raised here are stuff i resonate with.
