Well done ,that's do way to do it ,I have done this like almost 20 years ago, from a Spanish brand ,art osaka , osaka revestimentos, but we stop using because it was quite flammable ,And it was around that time that we started using polished venice plaster ,such era veneziana ,marmorello,marmorite,graffiti, spatulado,marmorino ,marlite and spray paint with pigments glitter for walls and floors as well

I would say yes but perhaps would need a varnish coat on top.
Can I paint over it
