Sir , in this story I learnt about the required mental strength (which can be trained furthermore ) , ability to man up and create josh in your men , taking responsibility of everyone beyond ones limits , leaving the individual selfish comfort and working together for the Squadron and for camaraderie. I am having my AFSB in July , these are the lesson that an aspirants need more than a coaching . Jai Hind . My adrenaline level is still high .
