Hi I searched for details to apply for my partner visa and found your video very useful . But I just wanna clarify regarding form80 which you mentioned however I’m a bit confused, so who will fill up? The applicant or the sponsor ? Coz you mentioned that your husband had to fill it up but I checked the details of form 80 it mentioned for people who wanted to migrate to Australia. Kindly advise me on this as I’m trying to do my application myself as well, thanks in advance
basically, form 80 is similar as the online form. I’m not sure how it is on the new application form if there is any changes. if on your application and sponsor there is form 80 to be attached, then pls attached.

Hi Wandersally, thanks for the Video. My partner is on TV600. We are planning to apply 820 visa soon. she has a TV visa for 3 months. I assume Bridging visa will activate after tourist visa expires. May i know when i can apply for Bridging Visa B. Is it after my tourist visa lapse or i can immediately apply for Bridging visa B
hemmm not quite sure, but I assume when the bridging A is released then apply for B.

Hi Kak Reni! partner visa ini khusus untuk yang pasangannya orang ausi aja kan? agak bingung soal pervisa-an australi apply yang mana ya, soalnya pasangan(indonesia) saya mau WHV dan rencananya saya apply yang visa turis aja, tiba2 dengar soal partner visa dan keliatannya malah lebih ribet dan lama yaa.. atau apakah visa turis juga demikian atau adakah visa yang lebih cocok untuk case saya? misalnya mungkin visa untuk bisa sambil kerja juga di ausi selain SDUWHV. terimakasih kak sebelumnya mohon bantuannya!

I have a question for the visa you've to be in a de facto relationship for at least 12 months meaning you live together.
How does that work if you've no working rights because you'll only get it when the 820 is granted.
Does that mean that you just gotta stay with them for 12 months without being able to work/study?
You can register your relationship to wave the 12 months de facto requirements.

You can apply 820 now, you will automatically granted a bridging visa once you lodged your 820.

Do u be financial capibilty when u apllying partner visa even u dont have a work here in australia as long u can pay the $8k
if your partner work and can approve that he can support you, it should be fine.

Your partner needs to create an IMMI account and apply as the sponsor, he will need to fill an application form.

Partner visa ini bukan keluarga atau teman, tapi pasangan (suami/istri/pacar/tunangan).

Thanks for your video. I applied 309 off shore partner visa for bringing my partner here. However, I have made serious typo in DEVELOPMENT OF RELATIONSHIP STATEMENT. I wrote icorrect date 2025 which should be 2024. Later I notified using incorrect information notification. Would that be enough??? Also, same mistake was at sponsorship relationship statement.
I think it should be enough with evidence.
@@wandersally i had no evidence of typing errors however, marriages certificate and is there to support this already.
