Bridging visa active when you get the notification if it’s active. also depends on your visa. Normally, if you have a student visa, it will active once your student visa finishes.

It's confusing, on some pages the gov said: "you do not need to have any documents certified"(on gov website / step by step / gather docs / translate ) Under the "?" on immi online, they are saying "please provide a certifed copy of XXX". Certified documents only the form 888, while the others if they’re scanned in colour, no need to be certified. If they are copied, then scanned, then they need to be. I hope it helps.

I think i’ve mentioned all on my videos. you can start the application and fill all the information needed, it doesn’t have to be all at once. You can always save and continue another time. You can submit and pay when you are ready and have all the information.

Hi there, why not using your current immi account? You should ask your agent for the access. However, if the agent didn’t want to give you the access, creating a new one should be ok, you will need to attach your TV600 later on.

@@ngocsfamily submission doesn’t have to be at the same time, my partner submitted his a few days after I did mine. Uploading documents can be done soon after you’ve submitted or you can do it gradually. It’s up to you. However, the sooner you complete the documents, the faster your application get approved.

If we haven't made our joint bank account and we are planning to do after we lodged the visa, do you think that will be a problem to the visa application at all? and can I update them our joint bank account later? We also don't have any legal joint documents together besides our transactions to each other but we have explained that in the letter, do you think that will be any problem at all?
I think the more evidence you provide the better. If you can have joint acc before lodging the visa, would be good. If you make joint acc after lodging, as long as you can show transactions there after a few months, you can upload it as well.

I don’t think you need to be 12 months married, but you have to be more 12 months together or in relationship. You can register your relationship/marriage to waive the 12 months of living together

What we did was just fill our own application, all documents uploaded under my applications, including sponsor ID’s (but under his part).

You only need to fill the application form, all documents including yours will be uploaded on applicant’s immi account under your folder. What need to be uploaded are listed on the immi account.

Hey there, Apply for the subclass 309/100. The process will take depends on how fast you complete the applications, if you have enough evidences and everything needed for the visa. The documents and evidences basically similar with the 820/801, the difference is only that 309/100 is applied offshore (outside australia).
Yes you can, make sure to have good evidence that she will go back to Vietnam, as visitor visa is for visiting. The imigration need to be convinced that she will go back to Vietnam, not staying in Au longer.

I wrote one documents about the development of the relationship. That’s it. No other statements or stat dec.

You only need to fill the application form, all documents including yours will be uploaded on applicant’s immi account under your folder. What need to be uploaded are listed on the immi account.

you can’t upload any documents before paying and submit your application. You can only upload it after you pay and submit.

Apply for the subclass 309/100. The process will take depends on how fast you complete the applications, if you have enough evidences and everything needed for the visa.
The documents and evidences basically similar with the 820/801, the difference is only that 309/100 is applied offshore (outside australia).

Yes you can, make sure to have good evidence that she will go back to Vietnam, as visitor visa is for visiting. The imigration need to be convinced that she will go back to Vietnam, not staying in Au longer.

Hey, I have applied for 820 visa in February 2021 and granted just after 6 months. But immigration website mentioned that I need to lodge 820+801 together.
Does it mean I need to submit 801 with 820 form?
Because I have only submitted 820 and granted 820. Does it make sense?
