I learnt that skill as a kid as well shooting airguns and making my own bows you just calm your self down its just you and the target you black out whats going on around you and also i latter learnt about the breathing side to it

@@CloudfeatherRusticWorks Well I base what I am saying on the shooters he had in the shoot downs the last few shoots. Impressive, and led by his son who is so young and beating top shots. There's gotta be something there. As for the talking part ? lol,,,if he talks, you won't pay for the course. Nothing is free. He's protecting his craft.
Isn't that "system" simply a shot sequence that you talk-through with each shot?
I’m sorry but that program Joe talks about using to “sight” in a bow is only true if you have money and can afford all that stuff. I make 60 yard shots bc I shoot my bow so much my shoulders get sore. Not from some program that tells me where to put my arrow
