    The IC should be the person with the most authority. Good comment. My experience with the Incident Command System has been in Wildland Fire. Folks who are put into certain positions must receive training. Both classroom and as trainees. They must complete task books. They are evaluated and must be recommended for advancement. In the absence of such structure, I wonder how competent people will be placed into the various positions.

    AGREED! Stephen. IC needs to be the person with the most authority but LISTENS INTENTLY OPEN MINDED to ALL Responder Team members. SUGGESTED to the person who made this video. Can you sync up the voice with the wording showing on the actual screen.? GREAT video by the way! GREAT ! I'm 1st responder in Alberta.Canada.
