What is the potential for differing communication protocols, radio frequencies, and communication modes within a Task Force and if there is potential, how is the complication resolved?
At position 12:30, when Mr. Lake is trying to recall the team(s) that handle biological emergencies, I believe he was thinking of EPA teams which are ERT, RERT, NCERT, and CBRN CMAD.
