I had a plumbing company quote $500 to replace the shut-off valves in my bathroom vanity. For $22 and 1/2 hour of work, I did it myself. I'm nearly 70 years old. So glad to see a fellow DIYer. Good job!
OMG !! If I hadn’t watched this my project would have been impossible! Thank you for posting THIS !! It prevented me from disappointment girl ! 😄
Oh my gosh!! I wish I had found you years ago!!!! You are just what I needed to learn how to do things myself!!! Thank you!!
Great Job! To make the install easier, you can also install the waterlines on the faucet B4 installing it.
You go girl!!! Now I feel much more confident doing this DIY project
I am so THANKFUL for your VIDEOS!!!! You give me the CONFIDENCE to do ANYTHING!!!!
This is amazing! You go girl. Gave me confidence to replace my vanities on my own instead of asking guys from work for help hahah
Thank you!! I feel like I can do it myself now, too!! I'm psyched!!
About to tackle a similar project (time to update my 70's bathroom!) and you made me feel much more confident. I have more room than you do to maneuver but you still made it look easy 😊
Smart lady with muscles and common sense too! Great job
I'm getting ready to replace 2 vanities and this was exactly what I needed to see!
Best install video I've ever watched.
Nice job! Thanks for showing the plumbing part in detail.
A smart and strong woman! Great video! Thank you!
Thank you for posting this. It's the best tutorial for changing a vanity top I've seen.
Love your video! I painted my old vanity top just like you did and it lasted for a few years but started to chip and scratch. I actually found a good deal on a more modern vanity top and thanks to your video I’m going to install it tomorrow night. What a great Friday night!
I love your video! I wasn't sure I could do what I needed to do but your video showed me the exact situation I'm in and that's it's possible! Thanks for the inspiration and perfect direction. Can't wait to get started.
Omg! I just found you tonight from your board and batten video. You are the coolest person ever! Total teacher. Amazing!💕
I am amazed at your abilities! I could never do what you did here. It came out great. And yes, you saved hundreds of dollars!
Awesome job. Now I'm going to try to do mine. Thank you for this video.
Great video (loved the humorous bits too). Question: did you also use plumber's tape when reconnecting the drain valve to the outflow pipe? Thanks!
Thank you so much! This was a very helpful video and I really enjoyed your levity and direct instructions.
So helpful! How did you find a vanity top that is the exact same size of your old one? Are there standard sizes? Did you have to look for a long time?
6/9/24 - I really enjoyed your video and you have the perfect personality for a DIY influencer.. I also love the name.. so clever.
My favorite: enjoy watching the struggle 😂😂😂😂😂… girl had me rolling… Also, the tip to place the new faucet before putting the vanity back on, copper pipe holding it in place why attaching and the plumbing tape.. I will definitely use those tips. Thank you for sharing and I’m looking forward to learning more from you. ❤❤
Great Job! @The Struggle!
I did enjoy your video. It was clear, understandable and informative. I appreciate it.
Just wondering, did you remove the new (to you) vanity top to paint it?
Your video demonstrated what I want to do but wife said it was impossible. I see that it is possible. Thx….!!!!
Hi Regina! Thanks for the info in this video. I loved it! Was wondering if you ever painted the vanity, or have a video which shows how you paint one, would like more info in that if you have it. Thanks! 🙌🏻🙌🏻😊
Excellent work! Very clear in easy to follow. Only suggestion I have is do away with that background music? What you have to say is important so I didn't want to resisted muting. Thanks again for posting the video. I'm now a subscriber.
You did such an awesome job 👏🏾 👸🏽
Good job. I want to replace a synthetic material sink and vanity top with a porcelain one. The vanity is against 2 walls (back and left) and open to the right. The vanity is 30" wide, so it looks like I can use a 31" wide sink top. You have a nice presentation style. Thanks.
Wiow, great job!
Good video and your funny as well.
Thank you
Cool
Nice video helpful
Excellent job !! 😮😅😂
Awesome 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Great job - wish you would have shown a clear picture of the finished vanity for a few seconds.
Did you do anything with the outside edges of the vanity top?
Please list the tools used and glues
Vertical video!!!! Are you insane?
She may have spent nothing but she just devalued the heck out her bathroom because the vanity top didnt line up flush with the wall and she should have just spent a little money for a good top.
Hmmm, what's the difference between a brand new vanity top verses a free one if they have the exact same measurements? Also, define "the heck out" regarding, according to you, it's "devalue".
Where is your husband?
Omg you are amazing! You just inspired me to actually do the diys instead of thinking I had to rely on others. Your comment about watching you struggle was hilarious! Much success with your channel!
Crystal, your comment totally made me smile!! You can do DIYs yourself, I promise 💯 Best of luck and thank you 😁
