White-Faced Ibis, Possibly Hybrid - Houston Co., MN May 7, 2023

I believe this is a White-Faced Ibis that showed up today at a pond near Hokah, MN. Its iris is dark red, legs are dark red and the bill is gray. It is lacking the white-face or white boarder on its face. It could be a hybrid or possibly it hasn't completed the transition from non-breeding to breeding. I observed the bird for about 30 minutes before it took off to the west.
