Happy Monday, my friends! What a beautiful weekend it was! Today I want to share with you what happened in the real estate market in all of Onslow County over the weekend! Sometimes it’s good to know just what is being sold in certain neighborhoods AND also to keep your finger on the pulse of the overall local market. It’s Monday morning, September 23rd when I’m recording this. Since Friday, there have been 36 homes that have gone under a pending contract in Onslow County with an average list price of around $309,000 and an average time on market of 37 days! There are currently 777 homes that are active, not under contract. That’s kind of a cool number…Looking back on the 3rd week of September last year, we can see that 83 homes sold during the 3rd week of September 2023 and there were 87 homes that sold during the 3rd week of September 2024.
