- Stephen grew up a healthy athlete who never smoked. He had just started his teaching career at 29 years old when he got the shock of his lifetime: he had stage 4 non-small cell lung cancer. After genomic sequencing, it came back that he also had the ALK+ mutation.

I am diagnose with stage 4 lung cancer ..never smoke..I have EGFR positive..my oncologist put me on target therapy taking tagrisso tablet once a day. This drug is really helping me..I have more energy now before the treatment..I been on this drug for 5 weeks now .I thank god for this for this new drug

I totally agree with what he says every time you tell someone you had lung cancer the 1st thing I think is you shouldn't never smoked which never have.

I just had surgery for stage 1 lung cancer. I've never smoked A-day in my life either.

1 am not been listened 2 keep being dismissed I am getting sicker and sicker my gp said I have cancer but they don't no where it is my god he was even laughing had bloods taken o they r fine I keep going 2 try someone will listen so unfair

The problem with this Channel..we never know how the people are doing now.
Right? More importantly, they should first get their medical facts in order BEFORE talking all psychology/sociology. Here for instance, we only know that after 60 days so 2 months, many of his tumors had shrunk and some disappeared. But after that, we know nothing, it's all very vague. Did they shrink further? Did more tumors disappear? After how long? And after how long did they stop shrinking? Apparently, after 3,5 years the tumors are stable but still there. But again, it is vague. What happened with the mets to the liver, lymph nodes etc? How big are the tumors? Why is it still not operable apparently? What did the doctor say?
