You should have been told what and what NOT to eat the day BEFORE the day OF and immediately AFTER the session. You should have also been told what to expect during the session and how to get past the CRAMPS that happen in the session as the poo is being washed away, your water should have been body temperature or slightly warmer to help ease the release of the stuck on poo. There are more instructions for how to make it less painful too, anyway, you are such a good sport, glad you made it through.

The forehead is distorted it's so big with loads of lumps, bumps indentations and veins popping. I can only imagine what it would look like without the botox, it would actually look really haggard because the rest of the face including the weird looking eyelids don't match up to the smoother forehead. The surgeries have ruined her face totally.
