Have you managed to work the Swordfish Progression playlist ( bit.ly/31tUUS3 ) in your workouts so far? If not and you need help with an example session with these drill in, leave a comment and we will be sure to help!
This is helpful. The problem is that I think of the movement I am going to do while in the water and this somehow distracts me. Counting 6 kicks can add to my distraction. What can I do?
It doesn't hurt to breathe every stroke. Just be aware of your body alignment though. Breathing each stroke can cause a loss of body control and balance so it is preferable to hold your breath a little longer

All we can say is to perform the drill slow and steady and remain focused throughout. With more practice, your body will get used to it
👍
6 kicks is tiring... can this be modified to 4-1-4 instead? what will i miss?
Yeah 4 kicks can do the trick too as long as you make sure to focus on body alignment and aren't rushing it
Could I have a breath each stroke ? I can not manage to breath every two stroke.
