Its was early November when we finally got the diagnosis of what was causing our darling Trinity to stumble, be so tired, the nose bleeds, a slight fall caused a broken arm.... 7 short months later, with the whole world turned upside down we layer her to rest. Every year I watch as your family works to bring joy to the faces of these babies. Trinity wanted to be an Oncology nurse, she would share her gifts with the other kids in the hospital. We tried to carry that on after she was gone. Watching this each year makes me happy but makes me cry. Everything you do is such a help! Thank you on behalf of all cancer families, Thank you.

It was 10 years ago when my daughter was diagnosed with osteosarcoma. We are blessed to say she is cancer free today. What a beautiful thing you are doing for these kids. Believe me they love it and appreciate it.
We are blessed every day that my daughter is now cancer free and able to be here for her two little boys!

Dear Melissa and Jeremy, Your charity drive has deeply touched my heart on many levels. I am overwhelmed by the generosity and love shown from your viewers and was brought to tears. Your thoughtfulness in facilitating this drive every year for the children and their families is what love and faith is all about. In 1969 at the age of five, my youngest sister was diagnosed with a rare and incurable brain disease that left her in a vegetated state at home for 11 years until her passing. It was extremely difficult on our family of seven. I’ll never forget the generosity of the community that put together a fundraiser for my parents to help with medical bills. Touching people’s lives with kindness is like having a blanket wrapped around the pain and scares. God Bless you and your family for touching so many lives. Thank you for being who you are and setting a good example for your children and community.❤❤❤

Thank you for all you and your family do for these kids. As well for your own kids teaching them how to do for others in need. I am a volunteer at a Ronald McDonald House. We don't often see the patients for they are down at the children's hospital. But we house about 150 parents of those kids and we see what sickness, hope and yes, sometime hopelessness does to these families. Any time you bring a gift of hope and happiness to those deserving families you are performing a miracle for them. Good on you all. Happy Thanksgiving.

It also provides me with perspective on my own issues and how small they are in comparison. I have been watching your family now for 3 years and really admire what you do for the children cancer warriors. I work with 4 siblings whose father shot and killed their mother while all 4 were in the home. Their ages ranged at the time; 8,7,4 & 2. My daughter decided to do a Go Fund Me this year for Christmas since they live with their grandmother, which is barely making ends meet. Though ours is a different situation, a much smaller scale, I along with my daughter & family are so excited for this opportunity to make a small difference for these 4 children, I can only say; You & your family are amazing! Jeremy, Melissa and family, You all have such kind and giving hearts. Thank you for serving your community and inviting your followers to participate. It was no easy task to put this drive together and still maintain your homestead and getting ready for the winter months. Recently I had someone ask me how do we know what our mission in life is. It's an easy answer, "To serve others." By serving others we actually serve ourselves. The joy that each gift brings to a child is awesome. Although cancer is horrific there can be moments of joy thanks to the kindness of others. Thank you, thank you for asking your followers to be included.

Seeing that little boy walking with his IV pole brought back memories of walking our son laps around the oncology floor at HUP. He had just turned 18 so not pediatric when he was diagnosed, but still our little boy. It is so amazing and inspiring seeing these videos (my second year watching). Our son has passed the 10 year point of being cancer free (Hodgkin's Lymphoma), so he is considered cured. We are so blessed, and so moved by your efforts each year.

My sweet Cathy (73) fought hard for 10 months. She is now an Angel in Heaven as of Nov. 22. Tongue/throat/lung cancer took her home. I am so grateful for GSL and the happiness they bring to so many.
