The new hunt-a-thon where you can get hunters from far away places is so cool! My group took down a 4-star barioth but I had to go back home because it started raining and I didn't want to get anymore sick than I already am.

Hay I think you doing good, I am only HR 132 I have been playing from day 1 and the only responsibility I have is work 40hr a week! So being hr 115 and having a lot more responsibilities then me is really good! Your working, you’re a dad, recording and editing videos, you have a house to maintain….. and like you said there is no really reason to grind HR!
I dont blame you, ima keep it a buck with a, im currently HR 59 and ive been playing even BEFORE the accual launch. I got school stuff and and annoying home life, cant do one thing forever.... Tell ya fam and wife happy mother day!

Helping my mom farm 2 acres of land is tiring.
Just unlocked 9 star and the difference in difficulty was insane so I tell everyone dont rush, just enjoy the game. Really enjoyed the video and keep it up! 👍

Quality content👍. Coral Pukei and BBlos are both a real pain.
Took me a grade 10 Diablos DB to take down the 8* Black Diablos urgent. Only way to dodge half of its moves is via critical dodge. I'm still lowering difficulty on Pickle after slaying the 8* to kill it twice, don't think I'm ready for 9* monsters. Grinding WGS to get my elemental builds to grade 9 before staring up.
It is nice that it is a bit of a change in a video. Nice and relaxing!

HR is not a race. Before the HR hiding, it had a purpose. Now people can't see my awesome HR169 during hunts. 😔
Edit: I was confused why you still have coral pukei, i just read the description and this was a month ago 😂

As someone who is about ur age except single with no kids and lives in the inner city…yea I get to play more video games but there is something alluring about the life of the suburban dad 😂….keep killin it brotha!
I've played since launch with oodles of free time, and I'm only 3 or 4 HR higher than Zak. Man's grind game is actually really strong.
Here is major tip for Dualblades to deal with annoying moves, evade backwards.
Evading backwards has the same Iframe as the other evades from other weapons and its a nice safety net when your regular evades are so unforgiven 🤧👌
It also amazing for dodging the flash from tzi tzi, you can also evade backwards when diablos rushes into you so you can continue near it, and its also amazing to dodge roars😌👌
And im only referring to demon mode, when your regular dodges are heavily nerfed.

I loved this video!!! Thank you for bringing us along to do your yardwork it was actually really fun. I loved when the seliana theme was playing while you were gardening, you looked like one of the NPC’s at the village who works in the background all day. All the music synched up really well with what was on screen the whole time. That ending practically gave me goosebumps!!! Congratulations on finally taking her down 😁
I used to play at launch but I took a very long break. I missed out on a couple things, but I think it was good for me. I know I left a negative comment or two on some videos/community posts in the past and taking a break revitalized me. Also with CB being added, that’s my favorite weapon in the series!!!! With the recent update to HAT’s and the new monster tracker, plus the new hourly spawns, I had to jump back in. I have been having an absolutely BLAST. I only recently learned armor pieces with one skill get TWO at level 6. I have since gotten all of my CB’s crafted and leveled to 7.2, and I now have level 5 elemental attack on all of my builds. It’s been a grind but so fun. I play all the time now. I’m still only HR 80. I think you put it best that everyone is basically on their own journey. And real life always has to take precedent. I have a friend who doesn’t have time to travel and play AT ALL and he isn’t even far behind me just playing casually.
Anyways, sorry for the long post. I know you’re a busy guy. 😅😂 I appreciate you and your content. It’s so good!! Your videos about all of the new updates coming to the game was what inspired me to come back, so thank you. :)
EDIT: I put in an edit wondering how to get coral pukei pukei to spawn but I saw the description and now I know why 😂
The only incentive after hr60 is the 2k daily zenny after hr100
Once you're past HR100 (2k zenny for dailies), there's no point to it. Just an assumption, but the players making noise probably are shocked they grind more than a streamer, and start wondering why they're getting advice from someone who's "behind" them.
It's awesome to see content normalizing playing a game for fun, and not getting lost in a comparison competition for a game with zero PvP.
It's also refreshing seeing content from a player not whaling their way to power

I find it crazy if anyone actually told this man "you don't play enough or you're low level" is wild lol imagine that as if life is paid by hours played in a mobile game.
