YES! PLEASE!!!
Say it isn't so....!!!
I remember driving on the highway, starry night, windows down, 2nd grade summer 1978, moving across country to GA...parents recently divorced, crushed to leave my dad behind. Heartbroken. Every time I've ever heard this song it takes me right back, speeding by, cool night air, interstate lights shining, tuggs at my heart like no other..
@nicolem2113 --- I am so sorry that your parents divorced, when you were so young, or ever...
You convinced that 70s 80s were the best decades for music... I'm glad I grew up in those decades.
Let's not leave out the late 1960's.
Me too! I wasn't even a preteen in the 70's, but my young ears knew when I heard good music.
Me too. Remember the R&B show The Quiet Storm???
Couldn't agree more wouldnt change growing up in the 70's and 80's for anything...
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Hamilton, Frank and Reynolds, Fallin' in Love 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 is a Must!!!!!!
You forgot Joe.
@@jimpatterson3286 I did. Thank You.
Add also to the (c)jamel_aka_jamal throwbackness Hamilton, Joe Frank, and Reynolds, "Don't Pull Your Love Out On Me Baby"
@@anitabracy7533 Absolutely 👍
My man Jamal, love ur groove man! I was 17 when this song came out in ‘77! Still love it now I’m 62! Love the 70’s man! 🇬🇧🇺🇸😍🎸🎼
Talking about smooth and soul music, old musicians and artists spotlight will never fade. So timeless. There's something like magic with old music that is not here right now in our times. I'm glad at least we have BRUNO MARS.
"Throwbackness" at its best. This song was a monster back in the day on the radio. ☮&❤
I was a teenager in the 70s and I feel like that decade had the best music.
/The bass player is Ridge from the Bold And Beautiful
Damn you beat me to it. Lol.👍
I remember him. LOL
Ron Moss and he’s still cute
Omg I thought it looked like him but had no idea. That was my grandma's show back when I didn't even know what BOLD meant and I thought it was the Old and the Beautiful lol
I was today years old when I learned that and I'm freaking 60, wow!!! And I watched B&B in the beginning for quite a few years!! Love Ron!!
MAJOR flashbacks to the 70's on this joint !!! Close my eyes and I'm there...
This song is fantastic and never gets old. It's a whole feeling 😌
This song is one of the best songs EVER!!!!
Shadoe Kat Agreed!!
One of my favorites ! I see you Ron Moss aka Ridge from “The Bold & Beautiful,” ❤️

One of my all-time favorites!!!!
I'm 26 and any man that that can jam with me to the 60's 70's + & - I'm in 🤤
The ladies LOOOOVE this song. I was 13 when it came out it’s one on my all time faves! Red jumpsuit? Check. Guitar solo? Check! Hot singer? Got it! Bring back the 1979’s PULEASE
"Throwbackness" I'd buy that T-shirt man...
Right
Hell yeah!
Def!
Kyle Coultas yes!!!
70's music like this was the bomb. I could listen to this stuff all day.
70s AND 80s ..best Time ever.. Steve Perry the best Malé voice ever no doubt about MR STEVE PERRY
What a phenomenal era the 70's were. The funk and soul was prevalent in everything. The sounds were so smooth, you couldn't help but move when you heard it.
Excellent pick Jamal.
This made my day! One of my favorite songs. So smooth.
RONN MOSS!!!! In red. Ridge from The Bold and The Beautiful. It’s just struck me how much this song reminds me of the Bee Gees❤️❤️❤️
Silky smooth, this one was destined for #1 on the charts.
These songs make my heart sing....filled with so much memories and joy.
YesJamel thats the reason i still own some of the 70’s. music it will not come back i still listen to some of it i still own stereo to listen to it. and i am 78 yrs old i listen all type of music in the 60,70,80, some where in the 90’s the music just disappear.
This is one of those One Hit Wonders. It's like they put so much into one song, they just can't replicate that magic again
FYI, Ronn Moss, the bass player, was Ridge Forrester on "The Bold and the Beautiful" for 20+ years.
I just love to watch the younger generation appreciate music from my generation. It just gives me confirmation that the music was really good and it's not just cause I'm too old to appreciate good music.
It’s crazy, I was born in 72. Grew up in the 80’s and loved freestyle (Jersey girl) and club... r&b like new edition, Keith sweat etc. THEn, as I got older only did I learn to appreciate groups like Queen, Toto, Eagles etc. Now in my forties, I listen to it all!!! And share it with my college aged son who seems to have good taste in music. Music heals... Thank you for these vids!!
