The reason why the cord is limited to 35' is to maintain voltage. Voltage drops over distance which is why we use 12awg. But even then, I wouldn't go beyond 50' or you will reduce the life of the motor. Just get a longer hose if you need.
Good advice, thanks
I ordered one because of the good reviews. This looks like the better of the electric power washers.
I have the 1600 psi model. It had been ABUSED for almost 5 years and it's still kicking. Great power washers
Just got this machine in a car detail kit, w the soap cannon too. I like it a lot so far. So much more quiet that gas. Cleaned my girlfriends stone and vinyl house, and shed. Awesome tooo
46.5 pounds totally assembled. I just got through assembling mine.
Great review I'm glad you used the parts that came with it and didn't use "upgrade" parts review well done 👍
Have now used this to clean house siding and it performed well ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx43QMbQqu67IZadu9ou8Sg1BdrunMRNqX I also bought some wand extensions which enabled higher washing without needing a ladder. I recommend both. This unit arrived quickly, was easy to assemble (only had to attach the handle), and arrived in perfect condition. The only very slight downgrade from a perfect score is the design has a low handle and requires pulling from the side. My old washer was an upright model, while this one is more horizontal. Other than that, it's perfect for my needs. It has a great deal of pressure and more easily cleaned the house siding, porch rails and concrete than did my older model. The engine is a bit louder, as well, but the total time to clean was reduced by the more powerful spray. Did I mention it starts on the first or second pull every time?!! I am definitely happy with this model.
Wow, this thing looks like a beast!! I’ve been looking for some time now and I think I found the one I’m getting. Thank you sir for making the video! God bless
Me too! Getting it on Friday. I have green works lawn mower and weed eater and they are very good tools.
For the soap dispenser if you apply a pressure washer cleaner in it and you don’t use all the cleaner in the tank and want to use Just water will the cleaner still come out after you switch to another type of tip? Or is it recommended to use all the cleaner that is placed in the soap container prior to switching tips? Thanks
Good question. I’ve always wondered about that myself.
I recently bought a Greenworks battery blower and am happy with it, I'm not really *"happy"* with anything so... I was hoping this pressure washer was going to work for me but when I saw that the motor doesn't shut off when the wand handle's released that's a deal breaker. Now I have to decide between the DeWalt and the Ryobi which both have this feature.
Awesome video man!!!! My son is starting a pressure cleaning business and I think this might be the ticket.
I love that you're inspiring an entrepreneurial spirit in him. Let me know and I can be his first customer.

Got one last weekend and returned it. Wouldn’t even spin my surface cleaner. Wanted to like it because I’m tired of cleaning carbs every spring but it just fell short.
thanks for the video man. I really enjoyed it, super thorough. I just wish they were in stock now here in Canada.
Amazon has them now. Had one delivered today.
I got one and it started quiet with strong psi then it started making high noise I think like yours but just a small stream of water? What went wrong?
You will be all day with that machine I bought the VORTEXX 3000 ( Honda motor ) but the green work is good
Which big box companies sell it in Texas ? Extension cord ,,, 25 ft hose is short but good quality it seems and 35 ft power cord so 60 ft is short ?
Warranty seems great but cannot see details ?
Extension cord allowed ? Why ? What spec should we get ?
Hose first, fill with water or you get cavitation in the pump, you need to run water through it to purge air . Water pumps pump water or they will try and overspeed.
Can it work a driveway 'hood' cleaning attachment ? How many times does the 15 A or 20 A outlet GFCI trigger ?
I Bought a Ryobi 3100 gas pressure washer , used 3 summers, spent more hours trying to start it than running time..
Bust the wheel pull staring it,
Ryobi electric and this at the same price point...,
Imperfect solution but I may buy one ,, thanks !
Voltage drops with distance and risks overheating the motor
What type of surface cleaner would fit best to it ?
Is the water hose flexible or stiff plastic?
Do you have to be 6” away for it to clean hood cause that’s a little close. I don’t want to be blasting the surface off I want to let the cleaner do the work then just spray it off.
The hose is flexible but still fairly stiff. I know what you mean about the plastic hoses. This one lands somewhere in the middle. Also, it will clean from farther away. I was doing that for demo purposes. The tip you choose will make a difference.
Does this Pro 3000 expect a 20amp circuit or 15amp? Nice review. Thank you.
the 2700 draws almost 15 amps so I'd think you would want a 20 amp circuit for either.
We have a brand new one we went to use it but when you let go of the trigger it cuts off
Any update?
que brutal el video gracias
What is the orifice size on these nozzle tips?
Thank you 👍
I’m trying to decide between the 2300 and 2700 and 3000. Any thoughts?
That would depend on the application. Sorry I don't have a better answer.
Homeowner here. Patio, siding , car etc,
3000 is on sale for $349 and 2301 is $249 at Lowe’s. Thinking of saving the $100 and using that to buy a 25 foot uberflex extension, foam cannon and short wand. Thoughts?
Thanks!
I would think the reason they recommend no extension cords is a safety concern of the cords getting into a puddle of water.
I’m sold
is this an induction motor?
what type and brand of pump does it use? i'm considering getting one because i already have enough small engines to keep up maintenance (log splitter, snow blower, lawn mower, generator.) just wanted to know what the hours are on that pump.
I wish I could answer that. Not sure of the brand or type of pump. I looked all over the machine and in the manual but I can't seem to see where that info would be. I can say that the pump is great. We have a smaller Greenworks electric pressure washer in the family and it's been running over a year. still good.

My gas pressure washer is 2400 psi. Using the turbo nozzle, mine seems more powerful and cleans more quickly than yours does. So, either this isn't really the rated 3000 psi, or the Turbo nozzle is weak, or gas is the way to go. I appreciate your demo, but I'm disappointed in what I just saw.
How this electric Greenworks 3000 psi vs 3000 psi gas ??
@DJLEO Just gotta wear earplugs.
GPM WHAT GPM IS THIS MODEL. Every company has XXXXpsi then different GPM ratings on different models
Where did you buy it?
I bought this one at Lowes
What state do you live in? I'm from KS and every Lowes doesn't carry them.
Oh but I can buy it and have it shipped to the store...then find out whether I'm satisfied with it.
Man I want this so bad but it's out of stock on the Greenworks website and not listed in Amazon!
Bought one on lowes.com
@@samdewaters142 Awesome, I think I'll do that
@@kambo_trick3y89 if you haven't gotten it is 15% off right now with coupon code MOM15. $297
Whats the GPM for that unit
1.1 GPM
Mine was a piece of garbage failed on first use pissing oil everywhere and customer service was useless
Oil on an electric tool eh? That’s impressive
@@BoiseTriathlete It's some kind of nasty lube my friend
Go ahead and try to call these guys period LOL
Gpm??
1.1GPM
@@thermalgeothermal451 That's odd. The 2700 PSI model has 2.3gpm
@@AlphaBiker54
Depends on the nozzle
@@AlphaBiker54 nope it has 1.2 gpm , with the soap nozzle it has 2.3 but so does the 3000 model
@@mainsource8030 Thanks, I did find that out. I was trying to decide between the 2700 & 3000. I fixed my broken gas pressure washer so I didn't get either.
25 ppounds know 47
No
better pray u never need warranty service..joke
Like most stuff today, if you have a problem, you send the problem unit back, then send you another one. However, as the 'homeowner' industry continues to pivot from gas (literally no point to gas yard tools anymore), more service shops that specialize in electric/battery maintenance shops will be around to fix these things.
better pray u never need use warranty....joke
Makes noise the whole time garbage right there I need pull the trigger let off it shuts off. If I wanted noise I would use my gas one who wants to hear that when not in use . Shut the switch off every time
You would probably have more credibility if you were more literate.
@@TheBear470 still made his message clear, regardless of the mistake or two.
it’s so when you pull the trigger it’s primed and ready to go, it doesn’t have to spool up. It’s like how when you get into your car the fuel pump primes itself to build pressure so it can go right away
Rip off save your money, cheap Amazon one is as good or better.
Which one did you buy? have a link? I'm trying to find a good one but Amazon has so many of them and kind of hard to see which ones the good one.
Junk. Keeps tripping my breaker
Upgrade your breaker lol
