6am : 4 drops Noni juice , then 1L warm water, brush ur teath, have glass of lime tea with honey. Do 1hour some excercise. Have high fiber/protien breakfast like egg, banana/apple/avacado, almonds/nuts, broccoli , sweet potato, oats , coconut water..etc... Lunch : rice/chapathi/ghee/dal/same as in breakfast/raw beetroot carrot . Dinner : full ur stomach heavily but with fiber content mostly... Fruits kind. Sleep by 9 wakeup by 6. Don't ever forget to clean system everyday without fail....

I love Shilpa Shetty, such a humble, friendly and amazing person. Shilpa doesn't look like a mother, she look like not married yet. I'm surprised, Shilpa eat a lot and she can maintain slim. ❤️ U Shilpa from Malaysia 🇲🇾.
So realistic, love it! This is something that can definitely be incorporated into anyone's lifestyle with ease. I love how she also mentions that rather than diet, she has attempted to consciously incorporate these foods as a lifestyle change.

So realistic ! Loved this episode and how grounded she is, how she quashed fad diets. Being a clinician, I had an assistant of mine on Keto who passed out one day after following the diet for 4 mo. Did she lose weight ? Yes, she also almost lost her health. Important to stay realistic and grounded. If something can not be a life style change done on the long term, it’s not worth doing !
