Great job as usual ladies! I could tell Priscilla was a little anxious when the video first started and then I could hear children in the background and knew why. After the little one said something out of view Priscilla seemed to perk up! Farmhouse Christmas, I can't wait!!!
Chealsea I hope you are feeling better - the holidays can take a lot of you. I saw the chart too -- loved it but trying to realize that SABLE is real and I've already stash exceeded about 5 lifetimes and that was about 20 years ago. We have too many dogs and cats to make so many large decorations feasible - I do about three trees and the large one hasn't fallen in the last few years but I've had some close calls. I used to have two huge Yews (very large evergreen shrubs) in front of my house that got decorated but they had to come down and I really miss them because they were beautiful when decorated. You two are just adorable, I wish everyday that I could con my daughters to start stitching so we could start making videos. I would be sitting there giggling just like you Priscilla, and of course they would be rolling their eyes at me, LOL! My personal opinion on the sticky board situation, is basically storage and who your partner is. And what I mean by that is, my husband keeps the house cold, YEAR ROUND!! We wake up every morning with all the windows frosted over, cuz he is a lunatic and sweats all day and night. I worry about my stitching all the time. Priscilla, you have already figured out in your part of the world how to store your mounted projects and keep them safely stored and protected, now the rest of us just have to figure it out, lol. I'm down south Louisiana and the weather here is never constant. I've taught myself how to lace, so I do that regularly, but I look at the sticky board and I sit there and say to myself "floss or sticky board?", floss wins everytime, LOL!! Love you guys and look forward to seeing you two next week, Merry Christmas from Ruth in south LA!!!
I am now looking at Goodwill stuff with Priscilla eyes 👀 lol. Have a great time with Ree Drummond. I LOVE her ❤️❤️❤️. Her while line at Walmart is amazing! Can’t wait for the forest snowfall stitch along. I have the pattern and floss ready to go 👍. I will be posting in Instagram.
Yay!!! I got my Priscilla and Chelsea fix for the week. Great video as usual. I hope you feel better soon, Chelsea. I have not been very well this week either. Cooking the Thanksgiving feast about killed me. Glad you were able to get your electric griddle. I have not used an electric one before. Mine is a Lodge cast iron that I use on my gas stove, but I am thinking the electric one may be easier. Have fun going to see the Pioneer Woman. I think she is great and I love her show. Her Christmas dishes at Walmart are beautiful this year. Looking forward to the home tour. I too am really excited for the Little House Farmhouse Christmas. Will definitely be stitching those. I received my copy of Forest Snowfall from Down Sunshine Lane on Friday. I can't wait for the SAL to start; it will be my first one. I will have to decide about fabric (I may try dyeing some). BTW, my daughter and I were at HomeGoods on Friday and I spied a set of three cutting boards. They reminded me of hornbooks and I just had to get them to mount stitching on. You two are such bad influences ( but in a good way). Watching your videos are the highlight of my Saturdays!

I'm catching up on old episodes. I have a permanent eye hook in my ceiling. Why? My huge tree fell and I lost ornaments. Now we wire the tree to the ceiling.

I have a question when you mount your piece onto sticky foam board how do you get it straight. I tried using it a couple of times but can never get it perfectly lined up as you can't move it once it's stuck?? I had it on and off so many times and in the end I had to settle for slightly crooked!

Oh! And I hunted down the Christmas 2016 issue of Just Cross Stitch magazine looking for the chalkboard chart done by Priscilla, the one with Santa flying over the houses and couldn't find it. Am I looking in the wrong issue?

Chelsea! I have to tell you about a very unique street in the heart of Phoenix. It is in a well kept historical area of Phx. This neighborhood is over run by roosters, hens, quinea fowl, And peacocks. I think there are other kinds of birds, too. But mainly chickens! Please google. Chicken neighborhood Phx. You will enjoy what you read. I promise you. I almost moved onto that street. I would have liked it there. I love your finishes! Please feel better! Priscilla I love your laugh! My copy of MY CHRISTMAS LIST comes in this week. I am sooo excited to start that one! Quick question...I know you have done CHRISTMAS RULES and I am confused about the floss list, is each chart separate? I saw that most of them use tge same colors with a few extras thrown in on some of the charts. Does that mean I need to buy that many skeins of one color? My chickens are finally coming through their molt... poor Fawkes LITERALLY lost ALLLLLLLLLLLL of the feathers on the top of her wings. Like, her flight feathers stayed, but she was SO BALD on the tops. And her neck. I thought something was wrong with her! She's coming in nicely now. I haven't had eggs in weeks, though. Jerks.
