Happy Mother’s Day; I’m spending my day putting my basement back together, we had foundation work this past week that everything had to be moved out of our storage and what a disaster we have to clean up. The actual deep cleaning of the house will have to wait but I want everything put back in its place. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 8

1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 . My daughter surprised me with a trip to the Pella, Iowa tulip festival. We spent the night in a Conastoga Wagon on a Bison Ranch. She always finds the most unique places to stay!

Spent my Mother"s Day out in the garden. Had to get all the things in the ground so they can start growing. My husband helped put fencing up as we are just infested with Bunnies this year. Lots of good stuff went in the garden as well as some really nice baskets were given to my by my kids. Hope your day was just as productive and happy as mine was.

We celebrated Mother’s Day by taking my mother in law out to dinner. I talked on the phone to 3 of my kids (4th one is still at home). Got to see my grandson on Tuesday. I wish the weather would have been nice so I could plant. But we did go to the garden center for new plants!! 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8
Motherhood is the best! Most of my kids live out of town but always remember to do something wonderful for me. My daughter who lives near us has 8 children so she needs a day of rest ! So just a relaxing day remembering my blessings ! Love all the charts 1-8! Happy Mother's day to you both! ❤

I made my own "Michael's" blocks. I went to Home Depot and went to the scrap pile in the lumber section and got some 2 x 4 scraps. My Home Depot let me have them for free, and if you can find someone they may cut them in 5" pieces and voila!, you have blocks. I sanded and painted them and you could even glue scrapbook paper or ribbon on the sides and they look so cute. I put magnets on mine and switch the pieces out with the seasons. I love doing the small charts that I can tuck into my decor for every occasion. Happy Mother's day to you both.

My eldest son's high school graduation ceremony was yesterday. We live in a rural area; the church that the ceremony was held in was over an hour away. Our family then had dinner with a few of his friends, his grandma, and great-grandma. Then we drove to The Yard Milkshake Bar. We then drove all the way home. Needless to say, I don't want to go anywhere today. Being at home with my family and stitching sounds good to me.
Happy Mother’s Day! We spent the day chainsawing trees that fell during a tornado last week! No building damage so all good though! 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
I had surgery a week ago, so for Mother’s Day I’ll be supervising the planting of the perennials that I ordered online between stitching sessions. Oh yes…and I’ll be making myself one of my favorite treats (Peanut Butter Panache) to enjoy as well! 3, 4, 5, 6, 8

It was a very busy Mother’s Day. I attended my 11 year old granddaughters dance recital, then my 10 year old grandson had football practice and a football game which is thru the Minnesota Vikings and his team won. I hope you all had a wonderful Mother's Day. I was lucky enough to be in EPCOT for Mother's Day. We ate in the Coral Reef Restaurant at the Seas Pavilion. Then we spent the day walking around EPCOT, looking at all the Topiaries. My one daughter was able to spend the day with us, my other daughter called me. Thank you for sharing Zinnia with us.
