I love the beginning of this video, showing the street level is actually a nice treat. I absolutely think this must be one of the nicest street level I've seen. I love the hi-tech component of the home, backyard is stunning I absolutely drooling over that view technically well said haha. I also like the custom made iron/ steel they made near by the stairs I thought that was unique. Everything from the wellness room was a great area, such a nice piece of home. When you tour homes it comes out Amazing!! Very nice. ❤❤❤
Arguably the best street in all of Bird Streets. I remember this house on Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles and Josh Altman sold this house for 25 million.
Big fan of your tours. Professional and descriptive. No money shot? I always feel homes have a different vibe at night. The staging furniture was a bit busy for me. To each its own. The kill bill poster was a highlight.
That wrought iron 'art piece' right by the entry looks like something that could make an appearance in a Final Destination movie. Edit: Add that giant guillotine door to the set piece as well
It was 21,000,003 years ago??? Hell of a delusional jump in price IMO Hmm wonder what Arvin would say? Is it 33 million beautiful?? I think I like Darren better than Enes. I like that you don't pretend to know things that you don't know. I know that you have to hype the house. 33 million for four bedrooms? Love love loving the view. Going to have to look up the sale history. You do a great job with the videos Darren.
The developers had the chance of making an amazing house with spectacular views. They decided on making one of the ugliest and impractical houses they could come up with. No wonder Darren was speeding through the tour.
Nice video. Quite solid airliner views of course but I need better help to cope with the price. The ceilings are very tall which can make the rooms look smaller but the house does feel small in this price family. Main floor is about 3600sqft (340m2) which isn't hugely different from a 'normal' home and the dark somewhat hostile style in certain areas probably contribute to the size impression. Nice that even the street has great views, that's not often. I'm guessing it has to come down near 20 to sell and the dark style might might even prevent that. The house might decisively benefit from lightening the dark areas to a friendlier style, better tying together the great views at both ends. It occurred to me that some of these houses could benefit from being presented during a massive party which does run the risk of ruining a perfectly expensive house but LA could have a trusted partier certification so you have a bunch of people you can trust not to damage anything during a party :) Ton of food, ton of drinks, it's a thing.

How much is the house you never stated no price
That house is nuts. But wow, the lighting and cinematography is spectacular. Epic
Wow. The cornered glass windows in the guest bedrooms left me speechless.😮
Fr . That’s a deal maker fs 😂

Holy moly this pad goes CRAZY! Prob one of the best homes ive seen...
yessss
Is this Henrik Fisker's home? some are claiming it is. (Fisker electric cars)
Darren in these houses that you tour, do TVs come with it like kitchen and laundry appliances? Tks man. Stay well.
Does this house come with a free Camry. They now get 53 miles a gallon. I’ll need the money after buying this house.
If you have the money to buy a house like this, I don’t think buying a Camry will be an issue😂
@@blooburree1772 just live in the Camry and save the 35 million. Spend the 35 million on a Picasso and hang that up in the Camry.
Sheesh was waiting for a nighttime view
dopest yet!
Wow - fabulous house, great tour :-)
Kriz you been workin out? Last couple years? Stop playin with me, you’re lookin buff! 😤💪🥰
* "They all resemble each other. Bravo, design me a modern traditional home that speaks class and elegance

@@PaulPaid MUAHAHAHAH
Absolutely love it
Beautiful house
Fabulous..🤩
Big promotion to BetterHelp for sponsoring this video
I don't understand why I'd need 3 living room areas on one floor alone lol
Look at those guns.
another stunner
I can't get over the house next door tho, this property feels like a consolation prize
Congratulations.

You do a great job with the videos Darren.
First thing Arvin would say is it is not luxury, it doesnt have a private drive, the entrance is weak the driveway is right on the street.
Please can you also tour a rental apartment in la "affordable" please
Drinking Game: Take a shot every time he says the word "travertine".
Still thinking 🤔 about the house and the pricing...
I know the house next door, this one is also great
nice one
: )
How much is this house
For real: who makes those pants…I’m not in LA, so it wont be awkward.
wow,nice
Why you skip such an important room as the office?😢
Office is always important to me as I do a lot of computer gaming. Heh.
what a intro
The house has everything and all, but it kinda sucks too.

Hey Darren, what’s up? Do you know where’s Mikey?
No specs? No night time shots of that view? Nice house but you're slipping... come on

Henrik Fiskers house.
61% price increase in 3 years. Nice. Everything that is wrong with the world, though it's not like mortal people has to actually care in this case.
35 mln??? lol
Dont like all that dark brown walls, no movietheater? The furniture looks cheap.. Way too much 35 million!! No garden at all also..
I don’t like this ;(
This is not worth 35milln on zillow
