Nice video! i did the same thing with my G.P.R. exhaust on my Kawasaki Z750. Very easy to install except the ring to hold the back silencer in place, it was a pain in the ass to make it fit!
Can you put here please the dimensions of the rear db killer? Thank you. I bought this exhausts for my vfr800 without db killers and for drive in austria i need it.
Fraket, I dont know the actual name for it in english, but I guess you can call it a circlip plier, or a ring tong. Hope you find what youre looking for.
Hi, I guess you can find it on ebay, but havn't looked, I bought it at my local MC-store, same store I bought the exhaust in. (Johans MC, Gothenburg, Sweden)
How snug is the db killer with the clip on? I just poked mine and its quite loose. Can rattle around a bit. Why is there not a screw to secure it in place?
I went to take out my back baffle on my GPR Furore cans to find that it doesn't look like yours. Mine looks like yours but without the length of tube with holes. If you were to cut off the tube with the holes at the flute, mine would look like that... Can that be considered a baffle? Doesn't seem so in my mind.
It looks so easy because the clip has already been removed in this vid. I was hoping he'd show how he did it - I am having a difficult time removing mine...
I tried to take out my back db killer but it didnt work... i pulled the clip out, then i could move the insert around a little bit but it doesnt come out.. i need some help there
Hmm, thats strange, I just pulled mine out without force after that the clip was removed. Maybe there is some greese thats holds it back, Maybe a little force would make is come loose.
Jag har kollar på båda videos, fram- och bak"killern". Den Jag har också svart system och tycker inte den där kromade pluggen var speciellt snygg. FInns bara främre på Ebay hat jag sett, men den dämpade knappt nånting va? Bra video! :)

You need a vid with both front and rear installed. PLEASE.
Sure, some day maybe. Right now its winter here and the bike is stuffed away. Will get it back in March/April when the snow is gone. :)

Hi Peter.
Sure, the dimension of the outer "ring" is about 50mm, and the inner "ring" is about 30mm. The total length is about 120mm.
M Kallback thank you for your willingness
What's the actual name of the tool used for the clip? I am having a hard time finding one.

Hi my friend! What's the dimension and the specific name for the "ring" the one holds the dB killer in? Thanks in advance 👍🏾
Hi. The dimension of the c clip is about 55mm.
The dimension of the outher "ring" of the dB killer is 50mm.
@@mkallback4087 thank for the super fast reply!!

Mine is very snug, I can not move it without a tool. I agree, a screw would be much better.

I guess mine is one of many different types of db-killers. Some of them works better than others. :)
I am having the same exhaust but I am having difficulties to remove the c-lip...
Why does it look so easy on your video =[
To install the clip is easy, just snap it in. But to remove it is a pain in the a-s. Had to use a screwdriver to bend it before I could take it out.
Thank you for the reply and yes, it is a pain in the ass for sure..lol
Any time, and good luck with your awesome G.P.R exhaust. :)

Me to, I almost lost a finger trying to remove it, and it’s still there…

Jonas Håkansson. Precis, den främre "perforerade konen" gjorde inte så mycket nytta. Den bakre dämpar väldigt mycket.

Was this still with the front db killer in?
No, this was without the front DB-killer.
