- Designing Buildings And Fixing A MAJOR Problem With The Bridge | Building A Star Wars City In LEGO! This week the building begins in earnest. I want to figure what the skyscrapers in the city will look like as well as starting the second bridge. I want to connect it to the mountain at angle but that will cause some big problems that need to be addressed. All coming at you via lego time lapse build!

The bridge looks awesome. The added part on the side is definitely a good feature. It gives it a lot more detail without distracting people from everything else
I like slopes on the side. It may be more pieces, but I think it's definitely worth the added detail and aesthetic.

I wish there was a double like feature so I could use it on this series! I can tell you’ve been putting more effort into your vids and it’s really been paying off. This has the potential to be the best MOC series yet. Keep on building!
I think it could be an interesting idea to use white or gray studless tiles for the area below the bridge instead of black. I think it could capture the feel of Mygeeto as if a snowstorm is happening if you have enough of those pieces to supply it.
I like your slightly different filming technique. I like think you should go with the B. side bridge design. It looks a lot cleaner and it's more satisfying to look at.

(Though you might want to move the rounded slopes on the top one stud down so they align better)
A good way to connect the wedged bit to the mountain would be the 2x2 plate with the spinning top on it, so that way you could put it at any angle and put it in the anti stud wholes or regular anti stud areas OR you could just use 2x2 or 2x1 jumpers underneath where ever they fit. Where abouts did you get your decaling sheets?
You should definitely go with the sloped on the side of the bridge it gives a much more rounded and better look
Option B for the bridge without a doubt, it breaks up the blockiness of lego. And the angl the bridge is coming in is perfect
cant wait for the little bridge connection. i would also make a few lights not working to make it more battle-realistic

Just a suggestion, (not sure how much they cost) you could use rounded slopes as a replacement for the parts on the buildings. Great vid btw🔥

I know it is far fetched, but i would love to see some Clone Wars the movie type action, like clones or droids uses towers to their advantage/ambush/assualt
This series is amazing so far, personally I would change the buildings to a dish, a 1 stud layer of slopes, and to cap off each level, inverted dishes connected to the layer of slopes with 1x1 modified brick with studs on 2 sides, I would also get rid of the doors, I feel like it throws off the scale to much, other than that I’m really hyped for this series, I’m really looking forward to that diagonal bridge, personally I prefer choice B with the rounded sides, I’ve been watching your channel since umbara and it’s amazing to see your building skill consistently improve

Definitely option B. It looks super clean. The dark red on the building looks off, so I’d suggest using sand blue as a third color. Finally, I personally think white lights would look a lot more accurate (yellow almost looks too warm for a snow planet). Great work thus far!!

wow loved the vid also maybe some snot for snow transitions. make a shattered light! it would only make sense as many would be broke along with the bridge wall from rockets and miss fire right? just a thought!
I think bridge B looks better, and a possible idea on how to connect the bridge is ball joints, idk if that’d work, it looks great tho keep it up!! ❤❤

I'd reccomend the sloped edges on the bridge. It kind breaks up the blockiness but the non-sloped might look more accurate
You could try using lego technic or lego hinges for attaching the bridge to the cliff. Looking awesome already !
Considering it was so dark when we saw Mygeeto in RotS, you should totally add a ton of lighting, (I.E. explosions, buildings, stuff like that.) unless it was just night time lol. I know you’ve added lots on the bridge, but a bunch more lighting would look SO cool in a dark room for display! Keep up the excellent series my guy, I love it!

Hey there, just a suggestion for the angled part for the lower bridge, how about you use some stud geometry and use some of those big 4x4 rotating turret bases? Or just plates and an array of singular studs/jumpers.

Yeah, slope it up on the bridge dude! Otherwise I am loving the direction the rock work and bridge are going. I agree however that you need to double up on the layers of the building, otherwise the mygeeto buildings just wouldn’t resemble in that height. Great progress update!

You should connect your technic bricks with technic pins for increased structural stability
They're connected by brick and plate on top and bottom.
Maybe you should put something larger like a tri droid or an aat on the smaller bridge as this is a droid planet

So is the lower bridge going to have a tunnel going through the mountain or is just going to stop and by black bricked up after a few studs
