Previously Pakistan used to ask India for dialogue but now their approach has been changed. They are more aggressive toward India and have established good relations with other countries like China, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, USA, Azerbaijan, and Russia. Pakistan is also further strengthening its conventional war capabilities. If Pakistan invites India for SCO summit because it is the responsibility of summit hosting country. In reality Pakistan doesn't want India to join the summit but fulfilling its obligation as a hosting nation.
Going to other countries and begging for loans is not called a good relationship. It is the only relationship Pakistan has with other countries. As far as the trade relationship is concerned Pakistan needs India more than India needs Pakistan . Indias economy is doing fine without any trade with Pakistan . But Pakistan economy is going down which could be revived to extend with trade with India. In a nutshell, India doesn't care abt pakistan even its existence
