I have the 2021 A8 60 (V8) - and the ride and idle are ROUGH. It’s my second A8 V8 - first was a 2016. Does this car have roughness in the drivetrain like the non-e version?
I had a test drive on A6 TFSIe several months ago, and I found the braking system was far too sensitive, which shocked my friends (as passengers) a lot. Personally, I don't like such a sensitive brake as it makes passengers uncomfortable once the driver presses the braking paddle too hard.
Why isn’t the normal A8 offered with the special predictive suspension in the UK like it is in other markets, and why aren’t carbon ceramic brakes offered on the S8 in the UK like they are in other markets?
I'm a bit confused with the consumption. When you say pure electric you mean combined petrol and electric? The combined consumption is around 2.5l/100km. Which I understood to be how the car works. Meaning it can't just only use the electric engine, it's going to be a combined electric and petrol. So first 60km you get 2.5l/100km and after the battery runs out it jumps to 10l/100km.
Beautiful car and interior, but unnecessary motorized stuff imo, just more thing to break and fixing them would cost a leg and an arm. Like for example that climate vents coming in out of nowhere.
Man what are you talking about. I have this engine in the cayenne coupe and with full charge the combined fuel is arround 10 L /100km If not charged then the consumption is 16 L /100 km The 2.5 Liter its a FAT LIE
That thing is fugly. Grill way to big. Stop taking design cues from Lexus and BMW. BMW has ruined several of their models with the swollen kidneys. Why not just make the cheese-grater wrap all around the front of the car.
Think this rises straight to the top of the ugliest grills going list. What is it with German manufacturers lately that seem to think bigger = better. The proportions are way off and there is far to much shiney chrome in it. Oh and the front overhang is comically bad

Maybe you could change it in some settings? I know you can do it for the Audi pre-sense. That scare the crap out of me once.
I own an A6. It's you. Took me a day or two to properly gauge the weight of the vehicle with the braking when coming from a smaller A4.
