- This video is all about things to do in Traverse City Michigan. In this video we start with a trip to Mission Point Lighthouse, then we do some Cherry Picking in Michigan, and finally a stop at Leland Michigan.
Old Mission Lighthouse, located on Lake Michigan is a great little after-work stop. We join a few full time RVers and have a sunset charcuterie board. The following day we head to Edmonson Orchards is located just outside Traverse City Michigan, Their cherry orchard is great for some cherry picking. Last but definitely not least we head just outside Traverse City to the small town of Leland Michigan. While here we visit their famous Fishtown. Thanks for watching.

Traverse City is the cherry capital of the world... they have the cherry festival during the week of July 4th. I use to live in Traverse City...

Eat Se RV are posting videos of the same general area and headed the same way, I think? We were in Leland back in June 1998 and my boys an myself fished up and down the dock and the pier and caught huge small mouth bass. Bunch of fun fishing.

Going to be staying at Traverse City State Park next month. I heard Michigan beaches didn’t allow dogs. My Lab loves the water, where can we take our dog swimming? We also, are staying at Petoskey State Park for a few days.
