It is not healthy to be obese. I have no one to blame but myself. The world doesn't revolve around my size. I am all for body positivity as long as it is physically healthy and mentally healthy. Obesity seems fantastic when you are younger because your body is working good but as you get older, it will start to harm your body and health, from bones, to joints, to heart issue, to blood pressure issues and possible strokes. I am a realist who is exhausted of this upside down world we live in.
