DNA analysis has revealed that early Britons, including those who lived during the Neolithic period when Stonehenge was constructed, had dark skin. It means acknowledging the historical and ongoing impacts of racism and working diligently to dismantle the structures that uphold racial disparities. So yes, the answer to your poorly though out question is that Black is a color.

I'm white, but happily aware that humans evolved in Africa and obviously therefore all human ancestry is black in my view. I'm also happy to accept that cheddar man was black, and the version of events described in this video are certainly backed up by some recent thinking that I'm familiar with. I come from Wales and although classed as white i have a brown complexion, I'd like to think my roots are from the original settlers in Wales. But until we start to think of human achievement as human achievement rather than white or black achievement we'll never move on to a point where skin colour doesn't matter. Skin colour, country boundaries and nationalism shouldn't matter, and i look forward to the day that it doesn't!

Black Africans in the desert endured cold nights and were adapted to the cold, but remained dark-skinned because the daytimes are very sunny. But features like straight hair and a circulatory system that could survive the cold had already formed.
