  • Took a trip to see my former boss and decided to ask him some FAQ's I get from you guys, so you can hear it from a different prospective. There was so much to talk about...Dying grey hair, hard water, depression contributing to hair loss, Reggies take on the natural hair movement and so much more! If nothing else I hope this video helps someone on their healthy hair journey.
Reggie enjoyed this SO much he would love to do a follow up video. Feel free to leave any questions you may have in the comment section below!
BTW: I missed you guys! Hope you're enjoying your holiday season.
    xoxo

I love being natural because I finally have VOLUME. I also know my hair is too fragile to handle relaxer and color. I LOVE COLOR! My go to style is a blow dried twist out.

Bravo, well done. I had some seriously damaged hair and my trichologist put me on a protein heavy regimen. Once my hair stabilized and got stronger we dialed back the protein treatments and now I only do them with relaxers. I do use products with protein in them with moisture but they are always balanced. Great information! Hair doesn't start with what you put on it, it starts with what you put in you. I have seen such growth with an intentional diet and exercise regimen.

This was a super informative video! I would love to learn more about magic tape and how to use it especially since I’m relaxed

Loved this! Very informative but it’s the lady (assuming she’s white) joining the conversation for me 😂 she probably learned a lot about black hair that day!

Please explain the benefits of magic tape and how to use it. One more thing, I played this video several times but I still couldn’t understand the type of relaxer he thought was best. You added, box relaxer and he said yes! This was very informative. Thank you for sharing.

Hip hip hooray for this video girl this is bomb!❤️‍🔥
I am doing my best to keep my scalp and hair healthy now for me when it comes to doing a protein because I only get a relaxer twice out the year that works for me and I do a protein treatment once a year this works for Me Too! Because if I start to add proteins like people are doing on UA-cam my hair will break off my hair will get stiff it will feel dry..
Though I had to step back I'll talk with the professional she said do one once a year see how that works and it works just fine and I have to do a very mild protein..
I love this video I hope and pray that you have more of these thank you so much and I hope and prayed that you and your family had a wonderful Christmas God-bless you🙏🏽✨️

I'm happy 🫶🏾 you enjoyed the video!!! We all had to learn the hard way when to use protein individually. Thank you for watching and sharing 💕!

What he said about natural hair being a baby is true. I had natural hair for 10 years. It took me 5 of those years to learn my hair. Now that I’m relaxed I’m trying to learn my hair again.

1:42 yeah but if you can’t afford to go to a stylist to get something done why not try to do it yourself?
Like I get that we should seek a stylist but some ppl can’t afford to go every two weeks or so often.

I actually said that to him a couple times (it got edited out) but when you're a stylist for as long as he has been...not affording a stylist is a foreign language. He doesn't get it LOL. He believes getting your hair done is a necessity and should be apart of the monthly bill budget. However, I plan to do another sit down with him so I'll bring this up to him again! Thank you so much for commenting and continuing to watch this channel. Happy New Year!!!

@@AprilSunnyBeauty your welcome. Yeah my stylist thinks the same thing & he’s been doing hair for 20 years. Since 2000
I keep having to tell him I can’t afford to get my hair done here every 2- 5 weeks.
It is a goal tho. I would love to go to my stylist more then where 10 weeks.
