You had to put white cement molds for the wire rolls. Cement tolerates heat more than the insulation you used.

Вы про трубки из стекловолокна? так стекло не горит. я написал про цианокрилатный клей. который при 130 градусах становится порошком, а при 200 градусах сгорает выделяя ядовитый дым. И на который все это склеено. Термофен для пайки у китайцев сейчас можно на распродаже купить дешевле 1000р. Причем он будет даже с поддержкой температуры. На кой огород городить?

no, the fiberglass sleeves are there for heat ptotection. nichrome wire breaks when the heat is not spread out equally
