I saw Dusty's vlog before yours. It was great seeing both perspectives of what all happened. Learning curves are always beneficial, good thing it wasn't also dangerous! He'll get there and so will the Bison.

We have taken care of bison for a couple months after the owner passed away. The are amazing beast. We fell in love with them, yes you have to respect them. When the last 9 or 10 sold one laid his head on my husband's arm, it was so sweet. The bull I so loved him, when he ran it was breath taking. Was a wonderful experience. Never got tired of watching them. Thank you for sharing your video, I loved every second. God Bless!

Daniel, in 2004 my wife and I went shopping for a Ford truck, we saw a 2002 red Chevy Avalanche 22,000 miles on it and took it for a test ride and fell in love with it and after 354,000 miles it still runs and looks new, I'm hoping for 500,000 miles and more, never had it in a garage until 3 years ago and that's when my trouble started, I took special care of it because I figured it would be the last vehicle I will ever buy and so far it's working in my favor even with garage mess ups. God Bless 🇺🇸👍🇺🇸👍

We had a couple of bison escape from a nearby farm. The sheriff came around when I was in the vineyard and asked if a saw any bison -- thought he was joking. We had to take shelter while they tracked them down in the hollow north of out homestead. They jumped a 6 foot fence to escape.

Love the sponsorship idea. Wish ya luck with that. Our family is the same way with Fords. We all get together, it looks like a Ford dealership lot. I joke all the time & say were Ford & 4 wheel drive poor. Wow!!! I sure am glad the bull bison stayed calm. That's so easily done with those chuts, happened to us before working cattle. Just glad y'all were safe. Keep on farming, love the channels.

When I lived in Montana I had a neighbor that raised Bison. On a couple of different occasions we would have one or two pay us a visit! I remember him riding on the Bison and I found them quite intimidating. Glad no one got hurt because they do have a temper when irritated. That bull tearing that big bale of hay apart would be proof for me to give him lots of space!!! The puppy is a real cutie. Thanks for taking us along with you on your different type of work day!

It was touchy a couple times, but Dusty has done well with his heard so far. Your comment about the hand feeding is correct ,I feel , in the two escapees not charging out of fear. Things do come with trails and errors. Dusty, I think, will make adjustments for the next time.

Knew a bison that was hand fed, and was giving it lush grass through the fence, keeping my body parts on the outside of the wire. Apparently I was not feeding fast enough, and it just 'gently' bunted the fence with its nose, knocking me back several feet. Watching this, it was like trying to harness explosions in the chute.

My uncle raised buffalo clean into his late 80's. He had a calf get out and was found cpl miles away. We went over there with 3 pickups and 8 people we ran the calf for over a mile thought he was worn out and I am 6'6" 280 my brother in law was 6'10" 400 I tackled it and was never kicked so hard and that many times in my life. Then my brother in law jumps on top of me with the calf under me I thought I was dead, got him tied up and in the back of the pickup and my sister said stand him up I want a picture. Sister was about shot that day. It took me 3 months before all the wounds on me healed from the calf knocking the crap out of me and the 400 pd brother in law landing on top of me.

Sign on fence of the bison pasture, at Fermi National lab in Batavia Illinois Warning! Do not enter this pasture unless you can do the 100 yard dash in 5.30 seconds, the bull can do it in 6!

This is a real question. What do you do with the Bison? I mean cows give milk, babies, and meat. Do people eat them or are they pets? Watching your video was very interesting and I am trying to understand their contributing value besides being a beautiful creature.

Best meat you will ever eat 98 percent less fat than chicken. The most expensive cheese in the world is made from bison milk

He didn't look like a "pet" when he was destroying that hay bale! Just shows you the power they have.😊

It seems to me that this is not the best time to bring a lot of people and/or family together, due to the risk of CVoVid-19. Be well. Stay safe and please consider isolating with your immediate family only on your farm. I enjoy following your videos and you all are delightful and I wish you to stay that way.
