  • First landing in a Cirrus SR-20 aircraft in KSDL. We ripped a quick xc from KSDL - KSEZ to learn a few tricks on this aircraft thanks to Owen and Christian.
This aircraft has a free castering nose wheel which is a wheel that can rotate in any direction. It was interesting and fun to learn!

Weird to fly from the right seat, I m not used to. I was scared with the descent rate prior the flare but you managed to get a great landing. Great job!!

It seems the tried & true *stall* upon landing method isn’t always necessary. It’s taught to us regularly (especially in civil aviation) but this landing would of been alot more fun had she gradually flared and allowed the aircraft to touchdown on its own.

I think it takes way more courage to pilot a plane than a Camaro, impressive flying a plane and the landing good work =). look forward to more of your uploads.

No although I enjoy every second! I’m turning flying into my career. I started this by getting all my certificates through certified flight instructor and working on instrument instructor currently. I want to share my passion with others who want to learn through teaching and eventually fly for a private/corporate company or the airlines!

    • @nythawkfpv

Because honestly who gives a fuck about it in GA.
Literally every GA aircraft aims on approach for just over the threshold , then just holdoff until touchdown

@NytHawk FPV true, also a little pucker factor when the stall warning goes off in that aircraft. Not too typical during landing in my experience. Unless you really try.

@@jsnazz77 yeah the SR20/SR22s ive flown get stall warnings when you first try to land them, but after a while they just completely dissapear with experience
