Sir aap kabhi moradabad aye fir khaye moradabadi biryani at alam Wale ki kyu this not the proper recipe u made and in moradabad it is made by only basmati rice only in Delhi u will not get proper Moradabadi biryani because me khud moradabad se hu

Hi chef great recipe... but being a moradabadi this is not exactly the same recipe we make yakhni with whole spices and then we saute chicken with onion yogurt and green chillies.....this will help to keep the rice colour white and add up some colour before dum...but still taste matters and I know your recipe are always tasty and simple 😊
