“Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darkness of other people” Carl Jung .Sammy is an amazing individual and would not be so without his past. He has given so much more light than he took, though sad it may be.
I found a Fang tape in the back of the hardware store where my brother worked. I thought, what is this band called Fang? It sounded like Sid Vicious singing for a hardcore band. I looked for their stuff in record stores and found the "Landshark/Where the Wild Things Are" compilation CD. Love those songs! The punk band I was in covered "Everybody Makes Me Barf".
It was a bummer the show never got picked up. My cousin was the one who got Steve involved with the band/Sammy to make the thing. My cousin Josh is actually the one who filmed it. I'm a former member of Fang/The Disciples. Super fun times. I love Sammy.
Fang kicks ass
Glad he is still out there touring and still doing it like it’s day one.
Sammy sounds like he was wild when he was young, made some mistakes, like we all have but he came out the other side a amazing bloke,

@@screamingatawallpodcast thanks for the cool words, love your show, love from Wales uk
Appreciate that 💪
Fang has always fascinated me. Definitely a band’s band. Thank you for posting.
There is a lot to be fascinated by for sure. Our pleasure!

Would have loved to see that too!
Also, if you ever wanted to see the trailer again, and can't find it. I have the link still. I've had the pitch trailer since we finished it.
Lifelong Fang fan. The first song I heard was Sent me to Hell COD way back in the 80s. But honestly I think American Nightmare is the best work.
That is my favorite album as well. Being in prison the first time I heard it hit different!
@@screamingatawallpodcast I never got convicted but yeah. I was in a very dark angry place in life when it came out.
@ericbrocious6047 glad ya made it out
good shit Sammy
Sammy is very right about listening to the kids. That “get off my lawn” mentality is bullshit.
