@@JAF30 I mean... since he's called himself 'The Country Cork Guy' he probably won't have far to bring it, it'sl like 150 miles. Also I doubt there is much you can get easily in Cork you can't get easily in Dublin. It's like someone going to NYC from Poughkeepsie and taking the New Yorkers stuff to try.

Powdered or granulated hot chocolate should ONLY be mixed in warm whole milk with a splash of heavy cream. Add a tiny dash of salt and some cinnamon. Chef's Kiss.
I agree! Even better if you have one of those hand held frothing wands. If the chocolate doesn’t melt, you won’t get any flavor. If you do it in water, there’s some, but nowhere near as nice as when it’s done your way.

Chocolate in the America's is always at a disadvantage because of the low percentage of cocoa butter fat due to our higher ambient temperatures. It's all about the melting points and the distribution and storage on the shelf.

As a Venezuelan, I am soooo hyped to see y'all try a Venezuelan-made product! Chuao is named after a small village in Venezuela that's famous for its cacao plantations (and other cultural aspects!) Because it is coastal, we have a high population of Afro-Venezuelan folks that live there, as this is where slave trade ships would port during the slave trade. I hope you all taste test more Venezuelan foods!!

You should be able to find many of the chocolate bars in grocery stores (Stop & Shop or Big Y), and I know CVS carries some of them as well. If you are interested in the Oh My S'Mores, feel the package and make sure the marshmallows are soft! p.s. my wife sent them the chocolate!

I love chuao spicy chocolate it's a damn shame I can't eat it any more. I did notice how with the hot chocolate mugs: the ladies ALL held the MUG, the guys ALL held the handle. Our fingers are so darn cold love that warm mug.

There's a trick to eating chocolate that pops. Suck on the chocolate until it thins out enough for the reaction to occur with the chocolate.

Believe it or not, not all American chocolate is bad. If you haven't tried Moonstruck, I recommend giving it a shot. My favorite part, though, was "What's a lock?"

This chocolate is good but a bit expensive. It’s definitely a treat when you buy it. I like the one with potato chips in it.

They have way better flavors. My favorite to spring on unsuspecting people is the Chocolate with potato chips (crisps) in it. But I also love the churro, bacon, and honeycomb ones (those are separate flavors).
