All of the built in desks have outlets underneath but no way to reach them without draping a cord over the front of the desk. It would have been very easy to include cord ports at the back. It doesn't seem like practicality is ever really a consideration in these designs.

Absolutely superb. Fun yet sophisticated. Only small niggle is that the shared bathroom could have used 2 sinks. Feel like siblings would have less fights if they could brush their teeth over their own sinks.

This is my fave reno yet! I adore the vaulted ceilings and arch windows everywhere. Such a fairytale! I'm so pleased that privacy is a priority in this one, and storage too. The introduction of even gentle colours is giving so much depth and character. Loved the pop of black too. The textures of the renders are beautiful. And tiling has come to be the hero in Three Bird homes and we're off to an elegant start ✨💛✨
What a treat to have a new episode every week ! we love the arched windows and doors (oh and that tiny powder room !!). But, gotta say, we live by the Mediterranean sea, and the inside stone wall just doesnt do justice... But omg, we would do with it no problem if we were given this house !

It might just be a generational thing, but the original home was so beautiful. The tiles, the dark tone wood and the textural walls. The change from before to after, particularly at 25:58 to me was very stark. It's completely a matter of personal preference but the new interior feels overly manufactured and very 'live, laugh, love'.
That’s a really fair and understandable point of view. That room was definitely the nicest of the original home … but to be honest … that was about it. The rest of the home was disconnected and had no overall feel. So in order to fix the rest of the home, it was hard to leave this room untouched - although we did manage to keep the doors and windows. We did go for a lighter colour scheme throughout the whole home and that therefore flowed into this space you’re referring to. I hope you continue to watch the series to the end to see how the whole home ends up 🙏☺️ - Lana xx

Love it - do hope we can find the colours used - the bathroom is almost exactly the colour - esp. walls, beautiful - I'd like, other than probably have to use smaller tile in the shower area to be sure it's nonslip. I truly love this home living in Europe with all the curves in my own home just is so calming and beautiful and I think you girls are amazing! However, the toilet placement with such a low window is a problem in my eyes for obvious reasons. Maybe luxaflex could do a pull up blind from the bottom third to provide that privacy?

I think all those curves look great right now but they are very trendy which means that this will not stand the test of time. Sure some arches will look good always (like those Windows, they are great) but this is too much
After 14 houses surely people should know what the style or the 3 🦢 is. So why come to complain about their signature style every season and every episode??
Don’t forget this is literally called “Modern Mallorca”. I do find it crazy a lot of the Adobe-like features look like my grandma’s extremely humble home in the middle of nowhere in the mountains in Mexico.

It's beautiful and i love the design, but i feel like it lacks functionality. The girls bathroom for example, one sink for 2 girls.. its a enormous bathroom i don't see why not put 2 sinks. Also the studies annoyed me a little bit... they are beautiful but its just not pratical. In all desks there is no drawers, outlets or anything that gives it functionality. Feels like hotel desks, you know? They are there if you need to write something down quickly but they don't function well for studying or working.
It’s a great point but we actually felt the double bench space was more important than the two basins. Girls need a lot of space to put their “stuff” 😅

Yes, it was the window shades that bothered me. They just don't look good on arched windows. Someone has to figure something out. Try German manufacturers next time. They probably have this figured out. :)

What kind of person is using the office spaces? Theyre not remotely ergonomic, I assume neither of these people actually work from home, theyre more like kids homework rooms. All of its a nightmare to clean too 😬
