I can see that places like Mallorca have been getting very popular to vacation in them so the houses have obviously changed to fit those english/german feels. This house is giving me Greek vibes for some reason, but nothing about Spanish. Great home tho!
I keep seeing nightstands like this or solid pillars - do people not want storage?! My bedside tables are always full of skincare, books, chargers etc!
Oh Three Birds or as I love to call them 'The Bananarama of Interiors"!! This project is beyond gorgeous. It is a triumph. What a joy to see such personality come through these projects over the years. You ladies are a gas and a giggle and you make watching interior design into something worth watching. Congrats again on this project!
Beautiful and serene space, the only thing I would have done differently would have been not to solidly paint the beams and trusses on the vaulted ceiling to give a nod to the traditional Mallorca Finca. A bit biased here as that’s what we’ve done in our bedroom suit 😅 that bath though 🥰
It drives me slightly crazy that the mounted light in the walk in closet isn't centered. I cannot imagine why they would put it off to one side like that.
That's typical Three Birds, they always put some stuff off-centered (paintings, lamps, ect.) think that's there little signature-move. Not saying I would do it like this haha
I legit screamed when I saw the walk-in robe. So luxe! Whole house is a dream! I’ve loved Lana’s home and this is truly Lana 2.0!!! I’m so glad this type of content is back!! I’ve truly missed these videos

I love the home, its spectacular. I also love the natural light in the walk in closet right where the vanity is placed. My only concern is that without any curtains or blinds to keep the light out, how does the bedroom function as a comfortable sleeping area? Most people love the light but there are too many uncovered windows at night to feel cozy and there would probably be too much light entering in the bedroom at night to sleep properly

Don't people use their nightstand for storage purpose.. the shape of the bathtub is not comfortable & also the vanity is not enough storage. Though it is pleasant to see not for ideal household
So, if you're taking a shower and need to grab the towel, you need to walk next to the toilet as you can't reach it from inside the shower. Also, no storage at all, where do you keep extra towels and toilet paper in that bathroom? Who wants a tiny drawer (keeping in mind it has a big notch in the middle for the drain...) as the only storage in the sink area? how can you keep all the essentials? This renovation is absolutely gorgeous, but it is incredibly impractical. Also, mirroring someone else's comment; as a spaniard, this is in no way Mallorcan style, it's too white, Mallorca is more rustic/rural. This is more Santorini/Mikonos hotel than anything else.
the only problem is this....when you shower in a bathroom like that with no doors ... it's so COLD!! It's aesthetically pleasing to the eyes but not when it comes to being warm in the shower! Just my 2 cents LOL

God I hate round tubs…..so uncomfortable and not for soaking, which is what you want with that gorgeous view. That tub is so disappointing…and so tiny. Usually love your work….but no counter space in the bathroom……. And don’t like the placement of the vanities at all. Not a fan of this bathroom and don’t think the layout really works. The bedroom however is to die for.. love it!

This was my thought with the bathroom! The towels and lack of storage would annoy me. Also no full length mirror that I could see?

I think in a smaller ensuite bathroom like this that bath shape and size is a great compromise to have something that fits well into the space
I don’t like the bathro layout as well! In my opinion, it’s overly complicated and not very functional
I have to agree - and the wavy glass shower screen and wavy stone backsplash just look tacky - I’d get over that very quickly if I lived there
also the mirror over the bed- makes no sense
yep, the most impractical bathroom ever done, looks like designed by someone who has never used a bathroom before!
