We make this for our family for the breakfast for the week. I put 18 eggs in a 9x13 pan and throw in veggies and cheese. I love having breakfast premade!

You are so right on so many levels when stating the benefits of a Frittata !! Right Again, On The Use of A Cast Iron Skillet. Cast Iron gives or brings out the flavor in whatever is cooked. Fersitile !! Every home should have at least one. Keep Up The Great Job That You Do So Well !! 👍👍👍👍👍

Hey, got my frittata made today for lunch. Yummy! I switched out spinach for steamed broccoli. I have had baby spinach a few different ways. I like it in a salad only. Good thing 'bout this, my hubby doesn't like and this frittata is all mine!😜
There is a new vegan product in refrigerator section of grocery store, called "Just Egg", that is made with mung bean for those of us who don't eat, are allergic to, or sensitive to eggs. I use it in my casserole dish frittatas and bake. Works great.
Thanks for doing these videos! I used a white onion, cauliflower, broccoli with the egg mixture. I tossed some Tabasco sauce in the eggs as well. My husband said it was delicious. I also made your apple muffins shortly before I cooked the frittata. I didn’t have any raisins so I used plump cherries added some nutmeg and vanilla. I think next time we’ll put some nuts in there as well and we’ve had these several times, they are so delicious. I’ve even shared the recipe with some friends at school because they requested the recipe.
Love your videos. I also like to make little mini egg frittatas in a muffin tin. I just found out that I react to egg yolks so I’ll have to find an egg white version. Thanks for the inspiration. 🥰

In the oven now! I’m excited to see how it turns out, though it takes more than 12 minutes (for me at least), the middle is still jiggly after 17 minutes so far, but it’s looking good.

You can make this with all whites if you prefer :)
